This is a gorgeous shoe that seems very comfortable. My issue is that the toe camp is very low, and my lowest no-show socks still showed through. If I didn’t mind wearing without socks, I would have kept, but I’m going to return and choose another shoe I know I can wear socks with.

Ordered a 6.5 in navy, my usual size 90% of the time, too big, so I returned and currently waiting for the 6 to arrive( tried on in back at a local store to make sure I needed to exchange n not return). As someone with narrow feet I love the strap. Leather is soft and it looks like it will adapt to your foot

Best ever! NO breaking in required at ALL - very very soft inside and no rubbing anywhere after taking out of the box and wearing for 8 hours straight. I just got 2 more pairs in different colors.

I just received the Greta Ballet Flat in red. So cute! I love the Mary Jane style, and the leather is very soft. This is my second pair of Madewell flats, and it won't be my last. Although the shipping took longer than usual, these cute shoes were worth the wait!

The 8 1/2 feels true to size and very comfortable. The leather is soft and they are a lightweight shoe. Love the rich brown color.

I saw these at the Madewell store, but the brand did not carry them in my size. I was so happy to have found them on Zappos. Unfortunately, the leather seems different from the ones I tried on and touched at the Madewell store.

I sized up and have fairly wide feet. The width was great - I was impressed at how comfy they were. However, it was like wearing clown shoes they were so big. I didn't even attempt to walk in them. The toes immediately had creases in them as well. Returning them.

I am a true size 5, and the right shoe fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the left shoe is much smaller and tighter than the right- unfortunately I already threw out the packaging so I cannot return it!

I have a wider foot and these didn't flatter them. I got my size (I can range from an 8 to a 9, got 8.5) and my toes were a full inch and a half from the tip of the shoe, so that was a bit weird. Also although the super soft leather is comfortable, it also means it's susceptible to creases and generally just kind of loses its shape. Such a shame because it's a really elegant, on-trend design. Returned.

Just okay. Meh. Wanted to love. I always wear a size 8 1/2 in Madewell. For whatever reason the 8 1/2 on the shoe is huge I would have to go down to an eight at least in these but I just don’t think they are the cutest. Disappointed as chocolate brown is very in the season.
