Ordered a pair with 4 lace holes because I like that style better but received 5 lace hole shoes. Not a huge problem but I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew they weren't what I wanted.

The shoes are great. But like atmosphere grey is literally Beige it's not the color grey.

I've had a classic black pair of Vans for years. Love them!! So just ordered 3 more pair. New ones have no padded tongue or padding on collar like my old pair.

The tongue is canvas. The rest is leather. I wish the entire shoe was leather rather than cutting costs just on the tongue.

I need to return these shoes since the stitching on the tongue was off. Please lmk how to return get a refund. Otherwise cute.

These are my go to shoes. I've worn them for 20-30 years. But this may be my last pair. The quality and fit are inconsistent at best and its gotten so they've become so uncomfortable and ill fitting that I can't justify buying them again.

I have bought the same pair last year and I like the look of them, but for some reason they are brand new shoes and already had a black scuff on it and I hadn't even worn them yet, this is the second time this has happened from ordering them online. I still will wear vans but will probably stop ordering them online.

Looks fast but runs small. I wear the same size in all my shoes, but I could not fit these.

More gray color than perceived in online photography. Quality control has gotten worse at Vans. Shoes came scuffed - almost partially worn.

Glad yall changed your pictures now so you can see it said heartbreaker on the side. I loved the show but that ruined it for me

Step up your game Vans. There's no way it should take as long as it did to get a pair of shoes.

These plaid Authentic Vans were described as having a green plaid which sounded great. Unfortunately, I see no green at all - more like a dark blue-black plaid. Kinda drab color. Too bad will be returning

This shoe runs at least a half size small, and Vans does not do exchanges or honor the sale price I originally paid for the item. Would not recommend.

The shoes rip after three days my son wore them

What happened to the quality on the vans authentics? Ive been wearing these for years but it feels like they changed the rubber on the sole and its way less durable and flimsy now.

I have worn authentics for the last 10+ years and never had any issues. I skate in them, mtb, bmx and even use them for hiking! This pair literally fell apart within days. The entire sole detached around the sides then the bottom of the shoe just fell through. It's almost like the shoes weren't even glued. Not sure if this was a defective problem or if the checkered print on the canvas kept the glue from adhering

The right shoe was a full size smaller than the left shoe, as per the label on tongue of shoe. Needless to say it did not fit my foot.

Don't do it you'll be sorry

I purchased this shoes online and when I finally got them. I got delivered something completely different of what I order. I try email customer care and no answer. I call customer care and they told me all they could do is give me back my money and to donate the shoes that I got. I'm not a fan of vans but I really like this shoes so I wanted to try them. I'm very disappointed mainly because I told the customer care rep that I would like for the purchase be resend and be correct but didn't wanted to do that. Really bad customer experience, she was not mean but I think she could have done more for me .

I have worn Bans old school low tops forever 6 years. Always 9.5, so why don't either of these shoes fit properly?

I rotate a few pairs at a time and always ware through them in about 6 months. Not made to the same quality they used to be.

This logo is actually embarrassing. Not to mention, had a horrible experience with shipping and order confirmations. Not happy with Vans as of late. Actually considering switching brands.
