I really wanted to like the shoe. Don't get me wrong. Super comfortable. Love the style. But I bought this pair of shoes TWICE. And both times within a MONTH they fell apart. The sole on the side started lifting and it was ungluing almost. The first pair I was like factory problem let me purchase again and the same thing happened. I don't know if their is something wrong with the making of the shoes but my other vans do not do this. I really want to buy again but I don't want to waste my money just for them to tear in 1 month. Unable to return due to the time frame.

The photos are not accurate to what the shoes actually look like. Ordered the olive which appears like a nice green - what arrived was nearly tan? This is also my 3rd time trying to leave this review? Didn't think Vans would avoid posting less than perfect reviews but here we are?

I'm SO confused! I LOVE Vans and I'm an avid collector with over 100 pairs (ridiculous I know lol but they're all I wear!). I checked the site daily, So when I saw these olive platforms, I had to get them! To my surprise, When they came, the color was nothing like it looks on the website?? It's actually more of a tan than it is green? I'd say it's like a desert green if that makes sense, like 90% tan and 10% green Just disappointed because the photo on the site does not match that at all. Unfortunately this is not the first pair I've gotten that did not match the website, i'm not sure what's going on with their website and why photos are not matching, but it's pretty frustrating and definitely a new issue

This M9.5 Stackform is at least 1 inch shorter than the M9.5 Stackform I'm wearing. Unable to return, missed window due to returning other part of order.

Stitching is unfinished inside shoe, inconsistent with other shoe. This size M9.5 is at least 1 inch shorter than the size M9.5 Stackform I have on.

I do not like the chickered vans because they're not true. White don't like the. Off-white with the true white stripe is not appealing at all. And when I was in the associate said that's one of the biggest complaints of this style of shoe is that it's not a true white. And then you put the white Van stripe on the side. I'd and it just don't look appealing together. You need to rethink that and make everything white or everything off-white.

These shoes are cute, but they broke pretty easily. The canvas and midsole started separating only a couple weeks after I got them and recently, after about half a year of wear, the whole sole split in half. My other vans, the non-platform version of these, have lasted me twice as long and I had expected these to do the same. I enjoyed them while they lasted, but definitely won't be buying again.

These shoes look so cool but are unsafe I sprained my ankle so bad and been in pain with a swollen bruised ankle for days after wearing them once

Good looking shoes but uncomfortable. My heals are blistered after wearing them.

They shoes would be nice if they matched. Unfortunately the denim is not the same on both pair of shoes

Mine must have some sort of defect because I've never had a pair of Vans do this. It's like there wasn't enough fabric to attach to the rubber on the toe box or the manufacturing process cut the fabric somehow. But the fabric where the toe box meets the rubber, sheared off in a perfect contour to the rubber edging. Super disappointed because these aren't cheap shoes and I only wore them for about two months before this happened. I've been wearing Vans since high school and I've never had a pair come apart at the seams like this:( Also, there is NO CUSHION to these shoes at all.bThere is a thin layer of felt and then the rubber sole. I don't even understand how you can think that is good for anyone's feet, regardless of age. The shoes are cute, the quality and comfort are abysmal.

Vans....PLEASE BRING BACK THE NORMAL PLATFORMS! The hight of these are insane. And they look ridiculous. Please, please bring back the normal platforms. I can't find the normal height anywhere anymore

I LOVE the look. The feel. But BOTH pairs come apart at the sides. I do not know why!

I barley had these for month and they started to fall apart. The rubber is peeling away from the canvas. This is my 2nd pair first pair there was a weird bump in the inside of the shoe that hurt so bad they are so cute but wouldn't recommend. Quality isn't there makes me sad I love my vans.

These are the cutest shoes so I was sooooo disappointed when I put them on. The heels are ridiculously loose. Like it's a design flaw. I added inserts and they weren't enough. I do not have narrow heels, so if you have average width heels do not buy these.

The outside white part at the bottom of the shoe was not glued properly so there was a hole on each shoe. It circles all around the whole shoe. So bad

I originally gave these a 3 star rating because they are super stiff and rub my heels. I thought they would break in. They do not get better! After walking in them several times for about 10 min at a time over a five day period, I walked in them for about a 30 min and my heels are raw and bloody. I will never wear these shoes again. Buy the traditional old school instead. The stackforms are not cute enough to be worth the pain.

Got these shoes about four months ago. They weren't put through any heavy use and still started falling apart a few weeks after receiving them. At month four, the soles are completely deteriorating and the side of the shoe is detached. There are several parts where you can see my sock through the canvas. Horrible purchase and not worth the money.

It's a beautiful shoe and I love Vans in general, but my package arrived over a week later than the rest of my order and in white instead of black. I'll be returning them.

Some women have size 14 plus shoe sizes. There should be options.

These are extremely uncomfortable. I honestly regret buying them so much- I wore them for a few hours and my back heels were completely raw. BAD!
