I absolutely love the dress, fits great, gorgeous details, color is perfect. But the quality, especially for the price, is terrible. One of the straps has torn almost completely off after minimal wear. Dress us now unbearable until it Canberra repaired.

Like a similar review, I loved the look and feel of this dress. I tried it on and was happy. The next morning I put it on for work and the lace straps ripped just trying to get it over my head. It's simply not quality enough for normal wear. Luckily Lucky customer service was awesome about it!!!

I bought this dress, and it's just beautiful. When I washed it the first time before wearing, I washed it in cold water and delicate cycle. The washing instructions say machine washable. When I pulled it out it had torn in 3 different places. The sleeve straps were unraveling and there was a hole in the waistline. Never even wore it. When I returned it the lady at the store said there were a lot of returns on this dress for the same reason. Very disappointed in Lucky's quality of clothing. I have been buying Lucky clothing for many years, and it seems that in the last few years the quality has gone downhill.

I love this dress and adore Lucky Brand. It is a beautiful color and style. I am certain that this was a rare defect and others are not having this issue but I wore it one time and the strap is coming off and it has a hole in the lace. I am so disappointed. I would love the company to simply replace it as I would be happy to try again.

Love this dress but it feel apart first time I wore it and customer service would not replace even after pictures were sent and proof of purchase was given. They insisted that I drive an hour to go and argue with the store - such a disappointment. I would like a new dress and or a refund!
