very cute and very comfy. I liked that the hook and loop system would accommodate the need for a wide toe box. However, I was not keen on the plastic insert that slips between the bottom of the shoe and the footbed. The idea was to improve the arch support. I did not find that helpful and frankly, as hard as I am on shoes I was unsure how long it would last. So I returned them and kept another style/company.

The fit was fine, the size was fine, these are very cute sandals. However, I need really good arch support and a wide toe-box. The hook and loop catch worked fine with the toe box. By Orthofeet has a plastic piece that is placed under the sole to provide additional arch support. That was a no-go for me. So I am returning them.. even though they are very attractive and otherwise fit well.

I like this shoe and would keep it if I could have a shoe repair shop add Velcro to the straps. I wear orthotics and need much longer Velcro closings on the adjustable straps to accommodate my orthotics. I don't see that this is possible with this particular shoe. I believe Naot Karenna is more easily adjusted by shoe repair shops to add another two to three inches of Velcro.

Strangely, I wear size 8 1/2 tennis shoes but 7 1/2 sandals. So I'm saying they felt a half size larger. I tried 8's, too big, but LOVE the 7 1/2's. Plan to do lots of walking in them.

I was looking for sandals I'm comfortable walking in. In my new Hydras, I felt like walking and walking and walking!

Great comfy sandles

I loved the cushioned soles in all of the Ortho feet sandals I tried, but even with the enclosed plastic arch supports added my inner heel kept sliding inwards which made me feel like a pronator. I’m a supinator. Very strange feeling.

Was painful with my plantar fasciitis, unable to wear.
