Originally ordered my normal size but the shoe is very narrow (normally medium or regular width is fine for me) and was too tight across the ball of my feet...too much even though I know that these will 'break-in' and mold to my feet. I ended up ordering a 1/2 larger and it is snug but not painful tight.

I've been looking for ankle boots without heels and found it in Cole Haan. Its very stylish and comfortable. I have several zero grand shoes from them and I can say that this has the same comfortability. I actually bought 2 pairs in different colors. Highly recommend!
