I love the shoes; however, one of the soles is already out of the shoe and to make matters worse I can't find it. Only had the shoes 3-4 weeks.

I have been wearing this brand for over 10 years. So comfortable yet have a good support. I also have black for winter. Have told many friends about this style and brand.

The fit is excellent, and for walking to appointments and subway in dress slacks, these don't look so out of place like most tennis shoes do. They are comfortable to wear for long periods and my custom orthodics fit perfectly.

My wife loves the shoes. Fast delivery, good fit and the price was right (her comments not mine). As for me, I only buy shoes from Zappos.

I have purchased these shoes 4 times. They are light weight, low, and very comfortable. I use them daily and have worn them on several trips where walking is a must. Love Zappos, so easy to do business with them.

Put them on for the first time wore them for hours! I have never had such a comfortable shoe. Very soft leather. I can shop all day in these shoes!

I have a long narrow foot and have a terrible time finding shoes. I can easily scan shoes that are just my size without going through every single shoe only to find one I like then find out it's not my size. Did I say I love Zappos? I can send them back if they don't fit and get a credit or a refund and order another pair. I have never had any problems returning shoes or getting refunded. What more can I say, they have the narrow sizes I need and best of all, I can still find bargain even in difficult sizes. Thanks Zappos! Leslie Carmody Naples Florida.

I received my pair just before a trip to Williamsburg, VA. I loved them! Wore them from day one with no problems. I had a knee replacement done in March, so I was looking for a shoe with comfort. This style worked well and would recommend them. Wish they came in a brown shade!

I cannot believe just how comfortable this type of shoe is especially for walking or just standing for long periods of time. My sister who lives in the states recommended these and for the last 8 years I have purchased three pairs and recommended to all my friends. Only wish that this product could be sold in Canada.

I love my Easy Spirit shoes. I wore a pair all over China. I did more walking than I had ever done and my feet never bothered me. Plan to always have a pair in my closet. Zappos is a wonderful way to purchase shoes -- this comes from an active Grandmother.

I ordered two pairs of sneakers, and these Easy spirts AP1 were so comfortable and roomy. I would like to get another of the same pair in Black. There are no seams to rub on my feet, love them.

I love Easy Spirit shoes, and especially this one. I have it in all the available colors. Very comfortable from the moment I put them on. But it's impossible to find them in wide sizes. These are the greatest tennis shoes ever! They're comfortable and I feel that they provide terrific support. Not only that, but they machine wash beautifully, so they last a long time. I've worn this particular model of shoe for ten or fifteen years, but our local Easy Spirit store closed recently. My only current source for them is Zappos. With their fabulous service, which is speedy and free, shopping is easier than going to the store ever was.

For years I have been a fan and have worn Easy Spirit shoes in the warmer weather. Recently I discovered my left foot is a half size larger than the right. Shoe stores usually measure only one foot, the right foot, and in my case, the smaller foot. Shoes from stores and from Zappos always were uncomfortable until I learned to measure my own feet, thanks to Zappos' guide on doing it. Now I order the larger sized shoes and find both feet can be comfortable. All this leads up to my happy experience that Easy Spirit shoes always have been comfortable for me, even when I was wearing the smaller shoe size. This style is very flexible, forgiving, and great for walking the sidewalks of Chicago. I find I can walk for at least 2 hours, with no rest, in these shoes. The arch is quite adequate for both feet, the support is excellent. And I like the style; it fits very well with jeans, slacks, and sporty skirts. This is a great and versatile shoe.

I have purched several pairs of shoes since last year & the service is the best. I need wide shoes & Zappo's provides for me. Easy Spirit is one type I purchased & was very satisfied with the fit & comfort. I can't go into any store & buy shoes that fit so well & comfortable. My very favorite are the grasshoppers. I can't wait until they get more in so I can make another purchase.

I ordered sneakers from Zappos.com and am very satisfied with their service, the confirmation and shipping info was readily available, the shipping was free, their return policy is awesome, and it saved a trip to the mall. Love Zappos.

I have a wide foot with some toe problems and hese fit comfortably with flexible soles and moderate support.

My husband bought these shoes for me for Christmas. I have bunions and arthritis in both feet and have a horrible time finding shoes. These shoes are very comfortable and even though I don't usually too much about style, I think they are very stylish and look great with pants for work or casual purposes. The first day of wearing them, I went to a trade show where I walked a lot. The shoes were very comfortable and gave me no problems. Also, the width is true to the size. Not always when we order double wide are the shoes truly that, but these were! The only negative is the arch support. I have very flat feet so that works for me, but I did not feel much is the arch support category.

All I wanted was a shoe with the comfort of a sneaker. I tried to find a black sneaker without huge logos or white soles that was reasonable priced. Then I saw Easy Spirit, read the reviews and ordered them immediately! The next day I received the shoes. Now that's what I call great service! The fit was true to size and very comfy right away. I wear orthotics and they fit in just fine.
