I had high hopes for these shoes - I need super wide and super cushy shoes, and these were neither. 8WW was long and not wide enough for my feet, and the soles are hard.

Despite claims of a deep toe box, this shoe felt uncomfortable. Perhaps it's the too stiff leather

The size and fit surprised me. I wear a size 8 4E. Because of my high instep, when I went to tie it, the tongue was too narrow and did not cover my foot where the top of the shoe ends Returning

The first time I ordered these shoes I ordered 8EE and they were too long and narrow and hard, hence the 2 star review. Second time I ordered 7.5 4E, removed the thin foam spacer that is under the insole that was in the shoes, then added my arch support orthotic on top of the insole that came with the shoes. Now these shoes work for me!

Already have a pair which is getting tired. Really like because I have bunions and need wide shoes. Otherwise experience debilitating pain. Very pleased to have found the extra wide option.

I'm used to wearing their fabric shoes that stretch, so all leather was a bit too restrictive. Excellent shoe though and I liked the color.
