Love the look and weight of this boot-the Forest color is beautiful-just as pictured. However, size & fit were way off for me. I'm a women's 7.5; the footbed was an inch too long so the heel slipped with each step. The front part was visibly narrow and a tight fit; not a medium width at all. Very disappointed

Based on another review that Ariat commented on, I bought these in my normal size to wear with thick socks (instead of going up a half size like I always do for boots) and they are STILL big. The ankle opening is the largest I've ever seen on a Chelsea and there's no sock thick enough to compensate for the resulting slip.

Looks cute but runs small. Mind you I do have wide feet but I've always worn Ariat gear comfortably and never given it a second thought. I ordered these adorable boots and was so excited when they finally came only to be super let down- they were SO tight I couldn't get my foot inside without major force and the heel/feel of them were very stiff. I know wearing them in makes them more comfortable over time but there was no way I could even stand in them. Had to return without ever putting both boots on.

These shoes are adorable but are NOT comfortable. They are too tight through the toe box and pinch both my great and pinky toes. They are also super loose through the heel cup and slip. I returned them, regrettably!

One star is far too generous. I wear a size 8 in every other boot I've had, but not the Ariat boot I finally chose after 2 weeks of comparisons. I had one shot at this with the money I got. This boot is way too narrow and too long. Lovely. THEN I find out I can't return it!!! Even BETTER!! I go without this winter. Thanks so very much Ariat.
