I purchased these boots in the summer. And I didnt like the boots. So I decided to ship them back for a refund 3 months ago and as of right now I havent received my refund yet.

I have owned many pair of boots over the years and they have lasted year after year. We live on a Ranch and I purchased water resistant boots and take a beating for my husband. So that is what I had the impression of. The heal of the boot has almost completely come off. This happened 6 months into the ownership. I just have not been able to return them because those are the only pair of boots, I have for my husband. I can get a picture and add it later. I am very disappointed; I would like them fixed or replaced. We wear boots all time and purchase many of them thought the years.
