Love them this is the first pair that has not hurt my feet I am in the medical field and I am a big girl so it takes a good shoe to handle me thanks for this shoe withs are great to will buy more when times comes

More cushion than ever! Felt especially great on the long runs!

I like the cushioning. Probably the best-cushioned shoe I have ever worn. I wish that Brooks would put some extra material in the toe box. I don't know what I do, but within a couple of months I always wear a hole in the left shoe above my big toe. I am right-handed. My daughter, who is left-handed, wears the same type of hole in her right shoe. Otherwise, we love our Brooks. I use this shoe as my golf shoe because with the cushioning I can walk 18 holes twice a week or more.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Would buy in every color.

The feel of the shoes is great, once you put it on you want to run. I would rate is a 5 for comfort but only after 2 months of owning and about a month of true wearing the outer lining is already starting to fall apart. I'd like my shoes to last at least an year.

I dont run but they are a comfortable shoe that I can wear all day with no problem

Love the shoe. Comfort is fantastic from from day 1 and I have many feet issues. However, why do the tongues always slide over on Brooks shoes? This is my main complaint and it's a big one. I have returned many pairs over the years and my husband says the same. He now wears Hoka because of it but I still prefer Brooks. Please fix the tongue slide.

Overall they are really comfortable, I use mine for walking about 10 miles a day on the road. I would like more arch support and I would also like the outsole to last longer as it's already deteriorating after 21 days of use. But overall very cushioned feel underfoot, nice roomy toe box. I'm not sure I'll purchase again due to the outsole wearing out so quickly.

Love, love, love these shoes! Ive been wearing Brooks running shoes for many years. Ive walked hundreds of miles in them. These are the best yet. Lots of cushion but not squishy cushion. If the cushion is too squishy it causes pain at the base of my toes. Usually I have a break in period but these I wore walking miles and miles right out of the box with no issues. Im thinking of buying a second pair. I just wish they made more colors in wide.

Size 8 1/2 wide. I can take walks and also wear these all day running errands - and my feet do not hurt!!! (I had to return the previous pair of Ghost 15 - I only wore those an hour and they hurt. Great return policy!) Thank you.

I bought these shoes for work; I'm on my feet nonstop for 8 to 12 hours at a time. Previously I've been wearing Brooks Adrenaline, which I love, but was drawn to these Ghost Max by the promise of extra cushioning. Unfortunately I did not share the experience of extra cushioning that so many reviews promised. For me, these shoes feel hard and painful, particularly at my arches. The longest I've managed to wear them has been three hours. They do fit very well and look wonderful, but so far are not providing comfort for long shifts as hoped.

Im kind of obsessed with these. I love them so much and Ill never go without them.

They had way too much cushion for me. I returned them and ordered my regular Ghosts!

I have used Brooks Dyad for years. It worked very well with my orthotics. Those were everyday, all day shoes, not for running. I am on my feet all day, use hiking boots to hike, and am not a runner. When Dyad was discontinued, I emailed to ask what the replacement was for the Dyad. The response was the Ghost Max. I went to my favorite athletic shoe store and tried Ghost Max and Adrenaline, buying both to give each a try. Ghost Max is no replacement for the Dyad. It is a lovely, cushy, shoe, but nothing like the Dyad. The drop is much less, and the design causes a different gait pattern. Now that you are coming out with a Ghost Max 2, which, according to the video, is more cushioned, what is the recommendation for Dyad replacement. Adrenaline works but is not as deep to accommodate orthotics.

I absolutely love these shoes. They have the best cushion in them. I want another pair.

Best shoes so far for difficult feet. Also love the color scheme so can wear with many colors.

Was told to try these. Tried another big brand and was a little disappointed. These are even better in stability, pressure relief, comfortable walking etc, as I have arthritis on my ankles and feet, knees. I actually wanted to do the test drive with them...I'm probably going to keep them!

Great cushioning. Toe box could be a bit larger. Overall - extremely happy even if I had to go with half a size larger.

Very comfortable shoes. wear for work ,walking mostly. I used to buy Hoka . I find these feel better.

Very comfortable for standing all day once you break them in. Also not totally slip resistant either, almost bit the dust in them first day wearing them. Im not sure why but they smell so bad compared to other shoe brands I have had. Comfortable. Long lasting. But wow do they smell and I have never had any of my shoes smells ever.

These are the most comfortable shoes I ever worn. I wear them to workout in and to jog in and I love them. I have a pair of hokas and they aren't anywhere near as comfortable as my brooks are. I change my shoes up to workout in alot but, my Ghost Max are the Best!

WHY ARE YOU DISCONTINUING THE ORIGINAL GHOST MAX????? Interestingly enough my first pair of the original Ghost Max was in the color: Ebony/open air/ lilac rose as a 7 medium; very roomy in the toe bed, loved them Purchased in this color grey/white/beige in the same size 7 medium and it fits snugger. Since I am wearing a lighterweight sock I ended up ordering a second pair a half size up. Hope it will fit better. I dont mind this fit but dont think it will be able to accomodate a heavier sock. Additionally, since finding out the original GM is being discontinued I spent a few hours trying on the rest of the ladies line to find a replacement an even my local Footbeats had the NEW GM.... none of the other styles felt as comfortable. Very sad about that. At this point it is what it is. I REALLY like this sneaker, bummed to see it go.

i'm not a runner. in fact i'm a 65+ overweight woman with feet issues. this is one of the most comfortable, cushioning shoes i have ever worn. really helps me get around day to day.

Love, love , love these shoes! The cushion on these is amazing! My feet feel great even after 3 or 4, 12 hr shifts in a row! 100% recommend!
