very comfortable, lots of wiggle room for me. 7 1/2 m. i only use these for walking and biking. They do somewhat feel like I'm rocking forward when walking. looks are great if you like a chunky shoe.

Love these shoes. They are very comfortable and provide good support. Please add more colors in extra wide width.

I am not a runner, however, I walk on concrete floors at work for 9 to 10 hours, five days a week, and this shoe keeps me going! I cannot wear shoes that don't offer me support and cushion. I started with the Ghost 14 and loved them for how stable they were, but they lacked the cushion feel of my HOKAS. Then, I tried the Adrenaline 22 GTS and loved them, but they REALLY don't have any cushion at all. I still love wearing the Adrenaline 22s when I feel like my feet could use some extra support. BUT THESE?! Amazing! They have the stability that I love about my other Brooks shoes, PLUS the extra cushion similar to my HOKAS. (HOKAS don't feel as stable to me.) The Ghost Max is now my favorite shoes (after breaking them in), and I plan to get them in different colors. If you're here looking for a good pair of work shoes because you walk all day, these might be just the shoes you need. Don't judge them on the first wear. Brooks don't start getting comfortable for me until after the second or third wear. Then I want to wear them all the time! (I don't. I switch them out every other day.) The TWO cons I will note about these are: - I have very narrow feet and wish these came in a narrower version. I have to lace them super tight to feel good. - Why did they change the laces? My Ghost 14s and Adrenaline 22s came with a flat shoelace that was easy to tie and still look great. These came with a tube-shaped lace that feels a bit like fleece and looks fuzzy and worn out after only a few weeks. I don't know if it's like that with all the colors or just the specific one I purchased. I will have to change out the laces soon. Not happy about that, but very happy with the rest of the shoe.

I love these so much. My pain in my feet has been reduced, and I can run longer. My only gripe, Brooks, is that cool colors, prints and limited edition are never available for wide widths. Throw us a bone once in a while so we can hang with the cool kids! They will sell out!

I'm not a runner. I'm A person who Has undergone 5 foot surgeries in the past 18 months my doctor highly recommended the shoe and the level of comfort and support that I have received from this product is remarkable! I wish it came in Additional colors in the wide width I have to wear Related to the surgeries

The best! In the past month I have purchased Hoka, On Cloud and ASICS. Sent all back to the store. I love these shoes!!! I'm a daily walker, 4 miles, I've been wearing these for two weeks and there isn't one negative thing about them. Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

Been wearing Brooks for years, but was recently introduced to this at the running store. These shoes are a game changer! I have two pair already!

I own the Glycerin 20 and GTS. When the 2024 versions came out I tried the Glycerin 21 on one foot and the Ghost Max on the other...I love love love the fit and feel of the Ghost Max. It feels lighter and has more forefoot cushion. It is like running on cushions. Since I use them mainly for running and walking, these are my " go to" new favs!!!

The level of cushion feels GREAT during workouts and long commutes. I got these shoes while recovering from a bout of plantar fasciitis, and I'm so glad I did. The only down side is that despite the expensive price point, the color options are so limited and (in my opinion) so ugly.

I love the Ghost Max for running or walking! The heel drop is different than the Ghost because of the thicker midsole but they are very comfortable.

Please don't change these . I've been looking for shoes for work where my feet don't throb when I get home and these did it for me! And I appreciate they come in extra wide! Finally a shoe I don't need extra padding in! Please keep making these without changes

There are the most comfortable sneakers that I ever owned. I can't go back to old sneaker brand after wearing the Ghost Max for a few days.

I've been running for years and I've tried tons of running sneakers. I've had consistent knee pain during and after my runs. My daughter's physical therapist recommended I try the Ghost Max so I bought a pair. I was so impressed with these sneakers. They have an incredible amount of cushion and support, and they are lightweight. They're so comfortable to run in and, most importantly, I don't have any knee pain when I run now. These are the best pair of running sneakers I have tried. So, I highly recommend these sneakers, especially if you have knee pain when you run, and need extra support and cushion like I do. I just wish there was a wider selection of colors for these sneakers.

These shoes are amazing. My 12 hr shifts are so much better after getting these.

After hip replacement, I became an ambitious walker. I have a narrow heel and a high instep. I developed a burning sensation, all day/every day, in my feet. Long story short: Both pair of my old Ghosts needed to be replaced. I discovered the Ghost Max! They're great! The Max depth accommodates my old orthotics, while I bide my time waiting for podiatrist appt for new ones. It has great cushioning & cradles my foot. I only have 2 wishes to make Ghost Max perfect: 1) Longer shoe laces - I modify the lacing to make room for painful insteps; 2) the "shoe lace" carrier tape on the shoe tongue needs at least 1 or 2 sets of stitches more to keep the laces in place & the shoe tongue from slipping to the side of the shoes. These are my new go to shoes & I plan to buy another pair soon.
