This boot had a weird fit. The heel cup was somewhat shallow and it seemed to slip when i walked in them. The boot fit my foot overall great...but the heel slipped.

Absolutely love these boots they are exactly what I was expecting. They are stunning and comfortable.I now want to get these in another color. These boots dress up any outfit.

Got these for my daughter for Christmas, and she just loves them for her horse shows. They look great on and match so many of her saddle pads. The Turquoise color looks amazing. I will for sure be buying another pair. I am even get one for myself.

These boots are so darn striking! I dont even wanna wear them outside! But I will. The hill isnt too high, they run big , which meant I needed a smaller size, I love them

Poor customer service cannot get assistance with exchange. Sent original order back it was received but not ship date on replacement. Called and emailed customer service several times. No response to emails. Customer service representative says a manager needs to address the exchange that they cannot. I have been told several times a manager would contact me that has not happened. Just for a time reference originally ordered on 1/1/2025. Return was received on 1/10/2025. This review is on 1/23/2025 and still no resolution. Be aware of poor customer service.

The boots came with scuffed toes and could tell they have been worn by the fit. Called customer service several times and couldn't get ahold of them and didn't answer my email.
