I love this bag. I'm a teacher, and I started using this bag as my work bag. I love it!

I am using this bag mainly as a purse, rather than a tote. Both straps stay on my shoulder, which is a major plus! While I might not be able to find small items in it easily (it is large), it's a small issue. It's very well made.

It's absolutely perfect! I bought it for myself as a little Mothers Day gift, and it was everything I would have hoped it to be!

I wanted to like this tote bag so much but the fact that the leather straps shred each time I use it it's disappointed. It's not worth the price to be honest. I like the size and the little zipper pocket inside and the color. I lost the receipt so not sure I can return it now

The bag is cute and a good size, the straps shed though which is disappointing.

The bag is attractive and is a nice size for carrying the day's essentials, including a laptop. I decided to try it because the classic totes were backordered. The fabric is much lighter than those and looked like it wouldn't hold up for more than a year or so.

The suede handle shed bits of leather that got all over the bag and on my dark clothing.

I got the bag in Navy because I love the color combo. Transferred my purse essentials in it and when I got to work, the leather straps are leaving leather pieces all over the canvas. I tried a lint roller & that is not taking it off. My guess is that the "gingerbread' color is the only one that wouldn't show this lint/leather pieces.

Not crazy about it as I had to wash it and the thread started coming apart on the handle.

Disappointed in the handke several sewing erros, threads not cut and mis stitched, handle shriveled, start of a hole. Not what i expected and needed it for school start tomorrow. To return and order new will be over a weeks time.

Bag is nice but leather handles shed particles all over the bag and your clothes! Hopefully will stop after some time

The handles shed debris all over my clothes and made the bag look very cheap. Very disappointed.

The bag was great. The monogram & color were wrong though I went over it numerous times with operator. It was a graduation gift. Was corrected by Bean. Hope only charged for one.

I am am LLBean customer for over 10 years. I have never sent an item back because it was poorly made. This tote is horrible. Flimsy at best. And what's going on with the handles? The leather handles are so poorly made they have a ribbon sewed on the back. I can't believe I wasted my 15% off birthday coupon on this. .

I am very disappointed with is this bag. It definitely does not compare to the LL Bean quality I'm used to. The leather handle is very flimsy and there are threads hanging out all over. The fabric of the bag itself is not very nice either. Mine is navy and it gets lint all over it. I am very disappointed because I bought 4 of these and gave them as gifts to my daughter in laws. Looks very cheap!

Loose threads that have caused the handle threads to come undone, poor quality control.

I bought this tote based on one I bought from LLBean many years ago which was well made and has performed well for many years. This bag, however, is flimsy and poorly made. Unlined, small pocket and "leather" handles are very thin. Very overpriced for design and quality. Returning immediately.
