It's lighter than pictured but love color . Soft and comfortable. Midweight flannel, was hoping for thicker. But good shirt

god replacement for my older )almost) worn out ref flannel shirt (still too comfy to retire it tho. I am, however not a fan of button down collars on flannels, but t's a small price to pay for something as comfortable as this LL Bean flannel shirt. It is only one of my LL Bean flannel and/or chamois shirts. Thanks LLBEANie.

Nice flannel shirt Classic color pattern This shirt runs a little small It's described as mid weight I would say it's about the same weight as a classic flannel shirt which is a little heavier than you find in your basic flannel shirt

I bought this shirt for gift and it looked really nice on my friend. However after first time washing this shirt, it became much thinner in fabrics. It's not sturdy as I expected.

I bought this for my husband, to replace an old, old LL Bean shirt that was finally falling apart. He loves this one! Soft, warm, light, comfortable -- I can hardly get him to take it off long enough to put it in the wash.

Great shirt, the material is so soft. It feels like you're wearing a well worn favorite, rather than a new one.

More like a soft pajama top than other flannel shirts and fit is relaxed, as opposed to a pressed fit. Thickness is good, not super heavy, but what a regular flannel should be.

I was uncertain of the correct size after reading many reviews, so I purchased three identical shirts but of sizes ML, L, and LT. The LT was a perfect fit for my 6'-1" medium body (182 lbs.). I gave the shirt 5 stars and the L just 3 stars just because of the fit on me. Ignore the 3 stars shown; LL Bean needs to fix their review request. I returned the other two shirts for credit, and I received an email once LL Bean received them and a credit shortly afterwards. The LT shirt's near-horizontal cut at the bottom looks relaxing when worn free hanging. A good design feature!

I just got the shirt, wore it once very happy with fit and appearance, then I washed it according to instructions (cold wash low setting on dryer) and it is at least a full-size smaller post wash. The shirt gets five stars for appearance, no stars for washability.

I like this shirt, I wear border-line medium-large from other places, can wear both. But if you are in the same size range, order the large. Also the fabric seems kind of not like normal flannel. Seems a bit fluffed up or something, idk. Duluth offers what I like.

Large tall is supposed to fit a 42-44 chest. It's tighter than that so I'll be returning. Large tall fits me perfectly in the chamois shirts and long-sleeve tees. Arrrrrg.

Material is not as substantial as I was expecting.

I did not care for the thin, rumpled feel of the fabric. Almost like a softer form of burlap, as one reviewer put it.

I love the fabric but the front is way too short for my husband. The front and the back are not the same length. The picture shows that they are both the same length.

First thing I had to do is trim the threads along the hem. Secondly, trim lose button thread ends. Shirt looked nice but it was an item I would expect to pay $20 for at Kmart instead of $79 at llbean. The only stability I could see here was the llbean tag on the shirt tail. Will never buy another llbean item!

I like the fit and feel of the shirt, however, the "build quality" is terrible. I purchased 3 of these shirts, so far two have had to be returned due to seam separation ,one shirt at the collar, the other at the cuff. To Beans credit, they stood behind their product, I returned for exchange the first shirt, the second I returned for credit, (fool me once). My advice, if you decide to purchase this shirt, pay careful attention to the stitching in the seams.

Shirt looked so great in the photo catalog. Really disappointed in the quality, colors, sizing. It arrived looking like a rag. I washed and ironed it so that it's acceptable as a outdoor work shirt.

Such handsome flannel shirts SHRINK IN THE DRYER. I must sadly return my husband's shirts.

The shirt is nice but came missing a button on the sleeve.

Terrible. The picture in the catalogue and on line looked like a flannel shirt but when I received the shirt the material definitely did not have the soft flannel feel. The fabric felt very course and was sheer. The weight of the material was more of what one would expect of a summer shirt. While the pattern and color of the shirt was appealing, it definitely DID NOT live up to the description of being a flannel shirt. I immediately returned the shirt to L.L. Bean.

Great colors buy I am not happy at all with quality of this fabric and does not wash well. I expect much better.

I just received the two I recently ordered, one in 'Toasted Coconut' and the other 'Current' and washed them per the instructions on the tag and they shrank at least two sizes. They were a bit loose and now I can't hardly button them. I want my money back!

I have several of these shirts and 3 of them have ripped in the same place. I have purchased flannel shirts elsewhere that lasted a lot longer for a lot less money. I do not recommend L.L. Bean for anything anymore.

I received 3 shirts for the holidays. One was a Nave 1912 Field Flannel. After 1 wash the shirt looks horrible. It is all pilled, has lost some shape, and feels really cheap. I do not recommend this shirt at all

As a lifelong Mainer, I've shopped at and worn LL Bean apparel for most of my life and this is the first time I've been this disappointed. I've had this flannel for less than a month and it's coming apart at the seems on both arms, and for the first time, I would not recommend this. It really feels like the quality LL Bean provides these days has gone way down.
