Beautiful sweater for my grandson, nice fabric, had to exchange for a tall . Hope it wears well since Bean clothing has gotten quite pricey

Bought it for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! A really nice medium brown/tan color. The extra-large is a good fit for his broad shoulders without being too bulky at the waist

This is a beautiful sweater, with nice detailing, that fits me perfectly (M) and is warm. My only complaint is that LLB's prices seem to have gone up sharply (for this sweater)--but I bought it anyway and am glad I did despite spending more than usual.

I don't know why some people gave it a poor review. If I half to be honest I think the price point is a little high. Maybe 20 buck too much, but whatever I am not sending it back. Its lighter than a rag wool sweater and for me that's a plus. I think the Rag wool is a great sweater but sometimes I get too hot. This one transitions well from outside to in with no issues. I believe Marino to be superior to Ragg wool so any time LLBEAN offers one I go for it.(when the price is right) For me the Fit was fine but maybe 1 in too short at the waist. I hope it does not shrink. This is me being picky to help you decide if you like it. Also not as itchy. I still have an undershirt like a thin underarmer synthetic t shirt though. it is wool......

I'm a sweater nut, but picky, and I really liked this one. It's merino, but not a flat knit. It's more like a tight lambswool. I'm guessing it will work best for those times when you need medium warmth, like a cool fall evening. The contrast trim on the charcoal one I bought adds a nice look without being too stylized.

Awesome sweater. Warm, great fit, lovely color. Effective for layering and sharp when worn with jeans or joggers.

Good quality

This is a great-looking sweater. That said, when ordering Merino wool (which is pretty expensive), I expected a very soft fabric, which this isn't. It's pretty rough and scratchy; doesn't compare in softness to the many Merino sweaters I've bought elsewhere .

This sweater was almost too heavy-duty for me. I was looking for something a bit more stylish and less utilitarian.

Sleeve cuffs are the same size as the rest of the arm thus if you need to turn the cuff back it is loose

I ordered "large". What came was labeled "L" but it was actually closer to an "extra large".

Didn't like the cut of this sweater - too short and fitted. It's very hard to find a traditional crewneck sweater and unfortunately this isn't it.
