These boots are well constructed, comfortable, and look great. I know they will become more comfortable as they break in with wear.

They are great Dress Boot. They are very comfortable.

This boot has all the charm and style of a Chukka, but better lacing and structure that makes them very easy to dress up when needed (while still retaining the casual quality of a Chukka, if that's your jam). Built on AE's most famous last, many will undoubtedly find this to be their favorite and most comfortable streetwear boot.

Great looking boot. Works with dress and casual. Been waiting for these to make a comeback. Best thing, caught them on sale. Takes a few wears to break in , but then comfy as a glove.

The boot looks classy and is really comfortable. Provides more weather protection than the shoe with all of the elements that make the Park Ave an icon.

This is a great looking, feel, and quality shoe. Many compliments and inquiries as to where purchased. Can be worn with suit, casual or jeans. Classy looking!

Purchased during early release. Extremely happy with finish. Dress it up easily or dress it down for a more casual look. This pair ran a little wider than expected. Still in breaking in. Taking longer than usual. Overall a very nice addition to my AE boot collection

Do not understand reasoning of partially sewing the tongue into the side of the shoe. Shorter laces might make the shoes easier to wear. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

These shoes are excellent! I have received many complements on them. My only issues as to why I didn't give them 5 stars was because the break-in process has taken over a month! They are just coming into form now. My main issue was the upper portion which has had a much longer time to break-in and for the first few weeks would dig into my leg. It has improved greatly in the last week and they are almost there. I would recommend them but be ready to spend some time breaking them in. Maybe I just got an off pair but that has been my experience.

The height of the boots dig into my ankles making it rather uncomfortable to walk. Also I have had the boots only a few weeks and they have developed a chalk-like haze on them. Otherwise they're beautiful to look at.

It is apparent that Allen Edmonds no longer cares about the reputation of their company. I bought the Park Ave Cap-toe Oxford Dress Boot as soon as it came out. I have worn the boot three times and one of the boots has discoloration. The company use to stand for quality but, not anymore.

It's hard to believe this is the quality Allen Edmonds shoes should be. The residual glue in the shoes has not been cleaned. The lining is not smooth, and the raised wrinkles are very obvious. Can such shoes be delivered to customers?

I bought the Park Avenue Boot after years of hearing and seeing evidence of the downward spiral in quality control. I guess that's on me. I wanted an Allen Edmonds dress boot and what's more iconic than the Park Avenue. My pair arrived with several noticeable flaws including a small slit in the leather, a scar or something right on the vamp in plain sight, and very visible grain break on the side, new right out of the box. If this were a rugged boot like the Higgins Mill, I might have decided to live with some of the flaws. It's a formal boot where smooth calfskin is king. I just don't think, as much as I want to love this old American company, that we are a fit anymore. There are just too many great shoemakers who take better pride and give more attention to their craft. So long, AE. I'll be back when you've returned to making shoes where the craftsmanship reflects the price.
