What a pleasant surprise this sweater is, I adore it! I bought the dark green around Christmas time and immediately knew I had to have another one. The fit is perfect, not too close and not too loose, and the weight speaks of quality, quality, quality. The sleeves are plenty long, no trying to pull them down to reach the tops of one's wrists. I am consistently pleased with the fit and quality with everything LL Bean!

Surprisingly heavy for a cotton sweater. I expect to wear it all winter in Nebraska. It looks more expensive than it is. I think it runs large and I'll be able to comfortably wear it with a base layer. The color is rich and dark. Very pleased with my purchase.

This was exactly what I was looking for to take me from t-shirt season into cooler weather. The sweater is the perfect length - it falls just at the hip and doesn't bunch with extra fabric.

This sweater is nice and thick but not too hot! I love the heavier weight of the material. I wore this so much this past winter and cannot wait for the weather to drop so I can wear it again. I will be buying in other colors this year. I do feel like the neckline feels a little restricting at some points but that could just be me. Lol.

I purchased this in tan. It is a perfect fit in size medium, although I usually take a small sweater. Very soft and very happy with purchase.

I like the fabric and the "nubbley" appearance. Overall the fit is good. length and width is loose enough for a sporty crew neck sweater, Pay attention to the neck. For my taste, it is wider than I am comfortable with - Without wearing a T shirt or blouse under it.
