I absolutely love these shoes. Theyre a tad uncomfortable at first but like most shoes they will break in. They are so beautiful and sparkle when you step. They completely elevate any outfit I wear them with. Cannot recommend them enough, theyre perfect.

I bought this shoe two weeks ago and only worn them a few times and already a GEM fell off. Love the shoe but very disappointed in the Customer Service from Sam Edelman. I wanted to purchase replacement GEM's and was told that was not available and nothing they could be done as the GEM's are considered an accessory. The shoe was not damaged or defected so I was not trying to pretend they were defected.
