I bought these boots a few weeks ago and wore them for the first time yesterday. They fit great. I love the color of the suede. Everything was wonderful! After I had them on a few hours, I noticed the "brown color" on the heel was coming off. Yes, the color was coming off! It went from dark brown to tan. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a distressed look, but it's definitely distressed. Customer Service didn't offer any suggestions in order to remedy this concern.

The suede on the tops is worn down. I don’t know if it is damage. It seems more like it is by design because it’s the same in both shoes. But it’s a bad design because it just makes the shoes look old or worn.

Love the look of the booties, they are so pretty and comfortable, but the heel is made out of a really cheap material. Right after the first wear the paint chipped off. You would think that at this price SA would use a better material. I'm really mad about this.

These heels are gorgeous, but unfortunately, the paint on the heel literally comes off with just a fingernail. If you don't believe me, order them and run your nail along the heel—the paint will chip right off. I can’t believe Sam Edelman would release these. They fit perfectly, but I sent them back (purchased from Amazon) because after just a few wears, the heel looked awful. I even bought a second pair to see if it was any different—nope, the paint still comes right off.

Although cute boots they did not work for me, were not comfortable upon putting on and very difficult to put on, very stiff shoe. I could tell by walking in them on carpet for two minutes they would rub against my ankle and cause blisters. May work better for skinner ankles and narrow feet. Will be returning.

The bootie is a nice looking shoe but it is a devil to get on and the top part of the shaft rubs on the upper part of ankle. It fits true to size and the heel height is good. I feel the design could be improved maybe add a zipper.

I wanted to love these. Sam Edelman - Bronson boots missed the mark. The hardware was off colored, the suede on the toes looked worn (right out if the box) and the heals look cheap. I do not recommend.
