I bought these around November. While they were very comfortable, they tore apart the next day. The stitching was coming off and it was very noticeable. I called customer service and emailed them. I finally got a hold of them and the representative told me I would have to fill out a form, send them back and also pay to ship the sneakers to the company. Why would you make a customer do that? Any other retailer sends me a label and I ship it back for free. The representative was very persistent on telling me to fill out that long form and I have to pay to ship the sneakers back. It was my first time purchase with Sam E. Im so sad I liked the sneakers a lot and now theyre sold out.
