The width and size were accurate but there was no arch support.

I have been looking for a leather or leather-like white sneaker for a long time, one with that old "tennis shoe" styling. And they all have been too narrow in the toebox. Given how comfortable my other Rykas are, I was hopeful this shoe would do the trick. But NO. It is narrower and has lower volume in the toebox than their other shoes. My big toe bumps the 'ceiling' of the shoe. I have tried it on more than once, hoping I made that up. But nope. So back it does.

The style was very cute! I believe the width was true to size. Very, very moderate arch support. I am returning the shoe because the part of the shoe that wraps around/covers the heel, seems to fit very low along the heel. I felt like more of my heel area was exposed compared to other comparable sneakers - didn't care for the feel of that. It made me think they were always slipping off.

mild arch support, soft and comfortable shoe. i find the sole to be slippery and worry about wearing if it's wet out so will return

In person, The shoes look exactly the the online photo. Cute looking shoes suitable for casual wear. Was hoping to wear them as my go-to errand-running shoe with jeans. The description does not address arch support, but every other Ryka i have owned has durable arch support. The Viv Classic is as flat as a board inside. 0 arch support. That makes them unusable to me. Otherwise, the shoe was comfortable. Note to Ryka designers: we high-arch gals would love a cute casual shoe with this sihlouette and arch support. Thanks!

I liked these so much I bought a second pair--one to keep clean and one for more grubby occasions.

They look good and are super comfortable

Great shoes for wide feet. Fit perfectly and were super comfortable. Did not need to break them in before a night of dancing.
