The backpack feels sturdy and well made. It is very spacious and has pockets where I need them. I purchased this backpack to use as my office bag. In the main compartment I put my lunch bag and my purse, the middle compartment is for the laptop, and in the front compartment I put my phone and sunglasses. I also carry two water bottles, one on each side. It is exactly what I needed. The handle, wheels, and zippers appear sturdy and of good quality. Only time will tell... It comes with a Samsonite 10 year warranty. The backpack straps can be put away in a sleeve in the back of the bag.

Nice bag - opens completely so there is easy access to contents. Converts easily from roller bag to backpack. There is a cover for the wheels that completely covers the wheels and bottom of bag. Lots of pockets for computer and other items.

It feels like it might be heavy packing on your back. I'll find out in the next couple of weeks.

The wheels cover is not a great solution, it gets damage quite fast, it is in the way when you try to attach the wheeled backpack to your suitcase.
it is not a 4 wheels spinner.
It weight is quite heavy.

The quality of the book bag is durable . I most recently used it on my trip to Panam and packed enough outfits for 6 days with shoes, carry-on toiletries, iPad and two laptops. The weight of the items allowed me to transport the bag with ease. The one problem I encountered with the bag is that the straps get caught in the wheels. I unhooked the straps and put them in the side pocket. If the strap anomaly can be redesigned, the bag will be a perfect product.

Great space and quality. The large laptop compartment also offers a sleeve for papers or magazines. One problem: the ends of the shoulder straps get caught in the wheels while pulling the bag.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Bag was way too heavy! Ended up replacing it with a small hard sided 4 wheel roller from target that was half the weight and a bit larger, with more capacity and 4 wheels. The functionality of this bag as a backpack is terrific in theory, but is weight - even when empty - limits that functionality severely.
