Maybe I just don't like the type of insoles used or that I'm just not used to it but they are so uncomfortable and my feet hurt so bad only after walking for a couple hours

I never got the Wendy Buffalo Plaid -Red and Black Plaid. I never got the shoes in the mailbox or on any carrier. I need my money sent back to me or another pair of the shoes sent back to me.
