When I first placed my order a couple of weeks ago, with the Softshell Jacket and a Ariat Hat, I right away got a confirmation email. 2-3 days later my order was already shipped. The next week, I received my hat but, not the jacket sadly due to the UPS. I quickly contacted customer service and they right away replied and placed a replacement order due to the unknown package. I am amazed with how fast and quickly I was able to get the issue fixed! Apart from that, this jacket is amazing quality and totally worth the purchase. 100% recommend this brand and will buy from them again!

Its light and thin but still keeps me warm. It has a sport look but can also keep an outfit dressy. Tge pockets in the inside are great.

I bought one of these jackets last year and wore it everywhere! I got so many compliments, too. It fits so nicely without the bulk, but certainly does not lack the warmth. I lost quite a bit of weight since last year which sounded like the perfect excuse to buy another one, as well as 1 for my husband, and one for each of the dogs!!

I bought it a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. I'm glad I bought the xxl to give me room to layer but it's not too big without anything under it. It's perfect for riding, barn work or just wearing for errands. I would recommend this jacket

I bought this jacket for the upcoming fall months. I like lightweight jackets since it doesn't get too cold where I live. It is a well constructed jacket. I am 5'-2" and 130 lbs. The medium fits perfect. It is a fitted jacket so if you like a looser fit I would recommend you size up.
