I purchased a petite large so I can fit a sweater or vest under it. 2 way zip to make it easier when sitting down. Warm and comfortable with zip pockets.

I bought this coat because I had one from years ago which has seen better days. I purchased a medium but it was way too big. I reordered it in a small now It fits perfectly. I love wearing it around the house when it gets a bit chill. I don't get over heated in this sweater coat.

Perfect fit for my petite 114lb frame. Fits over sweater, zipper pockets on dart seam and polyester lined, also sleeve pocket that fits credit card and/key fob. Zips up to below chin without any material rubs, hood will fit over earmuffs or hat, but does not hang over forehead as others do, and length is mid thigh for my height. Haven't tried it outside yet but expect it to keep me warm in 30's and above temps (F).

I purchased this coat to supplement the PrimaLoft Packaway Jacket for really cold weather (0 - teens). I purchased a size up to accommodate layering -- I can wear at least two long sleeve layers under the coat (a thin shirt and sweater). It's warm and cozy, and seems to regulate temperature better than other fleece. I have a fleece jacket from another company which make me feel too hot so I'm constantly putting it on and taking it off. Not the case with this jacket.

It was a gift for my daughter. She loves it and appreciates the longer length for wearing with leggings.

I have 2 of there longer fleece coats in Petites and they are wonderful to wear and wash. Easy for winter weather especially if your work outside. But LL Bean does not carry the Petite sizes any more - Shame on them!

I have multiple of these fleece in vest and jackets size PS and PM. I ordered this in PL based on reviews that it was a tight fit. Love the length and loose fit for outside ware.

I've purchased several of these over the years. Perfect for around the house when it's cold. Great outdoors over layers. Please bring these back!!!

I purchased a medium, I am 5'6", 140 pounds and it fits perfectly! Cozy warmth and I can use it as an inner layer under a waterproof packet.

I bought this for a Christmas present, I know I was early August, but my sister loves this jacket and hers is so worn after many years of use I thought I would surprise her. These jackets can do 3 seasons there awesome.

Nice and cozy. I had to go up a size because it felt like a sweater would fit. Haven't worn it yet.

In my opinion, this is the one of best & most useful items offered by LL Bean.

Pros: Sleeves and torso tall enough for my 5'8" body, waist not bulky, two way zipper allows for sitting with coat mostly zipped, sweater fabric resists pulling. Cons: sleeves too narrow for thick long layer underneath (will accommodate thin long sleeves), not wind resistant, best colors discontinued or sold out.

My first was the pewter color many, many years ago. I still wear it though it is getting worn out. The second one I got in that color some years ago has not held up as well. One of the pocket zippers broke. However, I have another in the red, one in purple (or whatever color they called it) one in blue and one in charcoal. 3seasons of the year I usually have one or the other of them on. Love them!

I love this coat. I also have it in black, and I have used it under my coat in severe weather. Last winter was just horrid in upstate ny, and this sweater has saved my life at times. Please add more colors and do not discontinue this length-it's so hard to find!!!!

I bought one last Christmas and I wore it constantly. Zippered pockets are a godsend. However, I would love to have different colors available: red, green or blue.

Love this jacket, especially the length and the style details. So practical for a Maine girl!

I love everything about this coat, especially the length is perfect for me. I just wish L.L.Bean will carry more different colors, i.e. deep plum, charcoal grey, eggplant, or purple.

I love this coat! This is actually my 2nd one, as I was so impressed with my original one that I bought MANY years ago, I bought this one "just in case" it was ever discontinued. This is a 3 season coat, I've worn it through a lot of harsh Syracuse NY winters with just a light down vest or heavy sweater underneath it. The zippers are sturdy, and the side pockets are deep. I donated all my old bulky winter coats and have never regretted it. This is definitely my "go to" coat for fall, winter and spring. AND.. my old one looks just as good as the new one.

I have purchased 5 of these Sweater Fleece Coats. Really love them. Just the right amount of warmth in the fall season and then in early spring. They wash and dry very well. My go to coat for the in-between seasons.

I am so happy I finally bought this coat . I have looked at it so many times over the last year and never ordered it. It finally went on sale and I quickly sent my order. I ordered the pewter grey, petite large. I'm 5'3 /141 pounds. I am able to put a sweater under it, which was my goal. Sleeve length is good also.

Warm enough but not too warm. Fits well and goes with everything. Nice length.
