I have this t in black, navy and green. This pink is heavier fabric, longer, and narrower in the body. Just doesn't fit well

Usually LOVE the pima cotton tees from LLBean. In past years have purchased them in most of the colors. They hold their shape and color after many launderings and do not shrink. In 2023, something changed and the fit of this tee changed. It is longer and narrower through the body. I read other reviews stating that the fit was tighter in the body so I ordered a 1X instead of my usual XL. Well, the body fit was okay, but the neck was too large and open. I exchanged it for the XL which fit fine in the neck and shoulders, but was too tight in the body. I returned it too to LLBean sadly. I hope LLBean goes back to the previous body pattern for years prior to 2023 when making these wonderful tees for 2024.

Have purchased this pima cotton tee from LLBean in many colors in previous years...but it is different this year! Same lovely pima cotton, but there is a change in the fit! Long in length which I like, but lean throughout the body. I usually purchase a XL, but based on other reviews, I ordered a 1X this year. The neckline on the 1X was too open and the body was too long. So, I exchanged it for my usual XL. That neckline was fine, but it was way too tight in the body. I will be returning it to LLBean also. I hope they will return to their former sizing pattern for this scoop neck, 3/4 sleeve pima cotton tee because I used to love it...but not at this time.

I was so disappointed to see that the "new" colors were just the same old colors! Worse, now these shirts are LONGER, ugh!!! I hate these long shirts and think they only look okay if one is skinny! And I sure don't want my tees fitted! Most want them loose and comfortable! Please go back to shorter and looser tees and get some NEW colors, cocoa, silver/gray, lime, etc. Ditch the kindergarten loud colors! We are grown-ups!

Fit is great but material developed pills despite careful treatment and line drying without ever putting in dryer. Only worn 3 times.

Going by the size details I purchased this is a medium, I generally wear a medium sometimes a large in other companies shirts. The medium was a little tight so I exchanged it for a large. The large fit almost exactly the same. I have never worn a x-large and after spending $13.00 in return shipping fees I was not willing to find out. I don't know if the large was mislabeled or what but I am done purchasing clothing when you have to pay shipping on exchanges. Too many companies offer free shipping on exchanges now to deal with this.

I sized up since these tees shrink (lessons learned on 2 previously ordered), and I like the size, but the same poor quality that causes them to shrink caused the bottom hem to come apart the first time I washed it, and now part is hanging down in the back. LL Bean used to be synonymous with quality, but this line of tees, which shrink and aren't hemmed well, are not good quality. Last one I buy, lesson learned.

I purchased 3 of these shirts last year - loved them! I ordered some different colors for Spring/Summer and realized that the sizing was way off. The new shirts are huge!

Two shirts I will be unable to wear because they are too tight. One is the top above and the other is the oatmeal top. Unfortunately, I washed both before trying on, so can't return them. I have been buying 1X tops for years and this is very disappointing that the size is too small. Is this an effort to make more money? Anne Albright

I didn't like this as much as I Thought I would. The shape just didn't look good on me. I din't send it back because it's easier & less expensive to wear it around the house or give it away than it is to return it.

I have shopped with Bean for a long time and own multiple colors of this t-shirt. I seldom have a problem with Bean merchandise. The second time I wore this shirt, I noticed two tiny holes in the back, perhaps where threads were weak. I had already discarded the packing sheet so cannot return the shirt. Am hoping the holes don't get larger. Just not what I was expecting from a Bean shirt.

this is the second shirt I've returned for the same reason, L L BEAM used to make comfortable shirts., but obviously their source has changed., the material is great, but the sleeves are too tight. when I returned the last yellow shirt, they refunded me $25.xx, when I paid close to $38.xx, it went back in good condition

I've purchased several Pima tees in the past and wore them out. This was different. I washed it in cold water and dried it. I wore it only to find it had shrunk! I will probably return it. Sad!

Although I loved the fabric and the colours I had to return them as the bottom hem's were so baggy. But lovely soft fabric would like to see maybe a bit of non-stretching in the fabric. Had to return them today.

I like the scoop neck of this shirt. However the length comes to my knees. The hem is very narrow also. It is almost like a dress on me. I wish you would return the bottom hole shirt that you have had. It fit much better.

These tshirts have been a part of my wardrobe for more years then I can remember Bought 2 about a year ago. Sadly this year Llbean has decided to make the material a little bit thinner! It's enough to change the fit and not be as good at smoothing my silhouette i f you get my drift. Also the top is super long and I can assure your it's because it's going to shrink.These are not cheap tops! I can get something of this quality for a lot less elsewhere. Also the days of having someone pick up the phone for customer service that doesn't have a thick accent seems to over too.

For years, no, decades, I bought these 3/4 length-sleeve t-shirts. Good colors. Quality fabric. Great fit. Then...why, oh, why did LL Bean decide to ruin them? Changed the fit (way too long), changed the quality of the fabric (was substantial, now thin and cheap), color selection not so good. This is a terrible time in our country, and couldn't we at least have our Old Faithful t-shirts back?

I ordered my regular size of Petit Medium, but it was significantly too large overall.

This is definitely tunic length...probably should be described as such. I will be returning it.

Great shirts but WAY too long. The general fit is good, but why are they so long?

I LOVE these Pima Cotton tops. At least I did until the sleeves were made so narrow it makes them unwearable. Just one extra inch of material would make all the difference. If the company is trying to cut costs then take it off the length not the width of the sleeves ! I have skinny arms and cannot tolerate the tightness. So disappointing from LLBean. As another review mentions you can look at the model and tell how tight the sleeves fit. No way they will stretch either.

I liked the neckline, but the body was too long. Not petite at all. So I returned it and exchanged it at the store. Very good help there.
