I've always purchased my tees from Bean. I liked the idea of a slightly longer shirt, but I wasn't sure the slightly fitted cut would be right for me. I was right on both counts. The longer length is much better, but the slightly fitted body highlights the bulges. A size up would be too big. Older women want quality clothing that flatters their aging bodies. Bean missed it on this one.

The slightly shaped Pima Cotten Tee is too shaped for me. I prefer the old line & hope you will continue it, as well.

The Pima Cotton Jewel Necked Tee would be perfect if it were not so long. I am 5'5" tall, and the shirt goes over my hips. I only wear these around the house or for gardening, so it does not matter, but I am a little disappointed. I am used to the Signature Tees, which I wore with skirts, jeans, etc. for shopping, traveling, etc., but they do not seem to be available anymore. Please shorten your tees, L.L.Bean! And please make the Signature Tees available again!

These are just ok for me. I have an older on that I love, so I bought 2 more. The new ones have significantly smaller sleeves which really doesn't work well for me. They are also more fitted which I don't care for. In a plus size I am not interested in showing off my bulges.

It's the perfect color for my outfit however, the neckline is cut much lower than shown in the catalog or the online website. It's more of a scoop neck. And it doesn't hit at mid hip it hits much lower than that and is what I would definitely consider a tunic length. I'm very disappointed to have to return what I thought was going to be a perfect addition to my fall wardrobe.

Almost, but not quite. The raw indigo looked like a grayed tone of purple, but it isn't. The color doesn't have enough life and because I'm only 5'1" tall, I find it too long, so I plan to return it. The neckline and 3/4 sleeves are attractive features.

The fabric was nice, but it was too long. I continue to hope that you will return to the length tee shirts used to be, at high hip. I will order more when you do.

I LOVE this Jewelneck 3/4 sleeve tshirt. I have several from 2021 that I wear continually. Ordered two different colors for Spring 2022, same size as always, same product code, just different colors. Had to return both, they are just too small. Between 2021 and 2022 the sizing or the cutting has changed and they just do not look good. At first I thought I had gained weight, so pulled exact same model out of laundry basket to be sure I had ordered same as last year. YUP, everything except colors and fit were the same. Sorry LL Bean, love these shirts, but not the new sizing,

I order this top every year and it's been a perfect fit...until this year. The petite top is way too long. Even with shrinkage it will be too long to wear. Have to return it. So sad. I would not recommend this top to a Petite shopper.

My yardstick is the old petite pima shirt, which fell just above my hip. That style is much more flattering to me, and I wish it were still available. Fortunately, I stock-piled the pima shirts of a few years ago and still have a stash. I look forward to the return of a more cropped pima shirt.

I have been buying the Pima Cotton Shaped Tee, Three-Quarter-Sleeve Jewelneck in a Women's 2X for approximately 10 years. I have it in at least 10 colors. Recently I ordered another in white (I have had at least three in the white before) and it is too long. It is not described as a "tunic" and there is no indication that the top was increased in length or that it's a new version. Previously, the length was fine; it is now about 3 inches longer than my other shirts of the same style (I matched them up side by side). I am so disappointed. I returned the shirt as it looked ridiculous. LLBean, please return to your previous sizing/length!!!

For the first time in over 10 years, I had to return an item to L.L. Bean. This top was beautiful and soft, but it bunched under my arms. I am 5'5" and 122 pounds, and I bought a small, which is my usual size. A medium would have been too big, so I didn't reorder.

The fabric is very nice. I would like to love the shirt butI bought a black one 3/4 sleeve " jewel neck". It is not jewel neck. I don't know what to call it. Jewel is supposed to be between crew and boat necks. This isn't. This is a big saggy opening . that I can't wear It hangs way open on me. I hope it will work for you but I can't recommend it.

I ordered this as a gift for my mom and she normally wears a true Medium size 10/12 and this was too tight across the chest so we returned it for a Large.

In the last few years LL Bean changed this awesome top to be slimmer and renamed it to "shaped". I find it less versatile and comfortable so I no longer buy and am looking at other brands to replace it. Disappointed with LL Bean.

Although the top is made from 100% Pima cotton, i find that the piece doesn't have the breathable quality of most cottons. I find it uncomfortable, but I do like the style and the fit of it.

The sleeves are too tight, especially from the elbow down. I have thin arms. You can see the tight fit on the model. Jewelneck is more like a boatneck. Length is nice out of package, but will shrink in length when washed as directed. Nice soft fabric, but the arms are too uncomfortable being so tight.

I have purchased this shirt in Regular size Large several times in the past, including the recent past. Typically the length of the shirt was 24-25" long from the high point of the shoulder. Beware that they have recently changed the specs: the shirt I received was 27" long--almost tunic-length on me--and the neckline was a wide scoop, not a jewel neckline as it is titled. The fabric is still smooth and drapey but it is somewhat thinner than in the past. I'm really disappointed that this shirt that I have considered a wardrobe basic no longer will work for me. I have tried the Petite range in the past but it was too short. (I ordered the Regular Large supima short sleeve cotton tee this past summer and it was only 23.5" long so quality control is definitely slipping at L.L.Bean.)

"Slightly fitted" is too fitted for me. "Relaxed" would be better.

I am 5'8", size XL, and find this shirt too short in the torso to wear for work as a teacher, and too short in the sleeves to be comfortable. The sleeves ride up into my elbows and the waist shows a slice of tummy when I write on the board. Please, please offer tall sizes for 3/4-sleeved tops.

Bought in 3 colors for travel and I especially wanted the 3/4 sleeve. The pima cotton fabric is thin and clings VERY CLOSE to the body. The armholes are very tight and uncomfortable. The shirt rolls up under the armholes and across my breasts -- looks weird. I could not have worn a larger size because it would have been too roomy around the waist and hips. I think the problem is the cut of the armholes -- not like other 3/4 sleeve pima cotton Ts that I bought several years ago from Bean.

I have purchased these tees for years and have never before been disappointed. With this purchase, the material doesn't feel like the usual prima cotton. Feels thiner and less smooth and "silky", and sleeves feel shorter than they have been in the past. The sleeves get "caught"in the elbow rather than below it, so they are uncomfortable.
