Customer Reviews L.L.Bean Petite Lambswool Duffle Coat

When I opened the box, I loved the color, loved the feel of the wool and how lightweight the coat was. Then I tried it on. This coat is not designed for women with broad shoulders. It was way too small across the shoulders. I would love to try it in a bigger size but since LLBean charges $6.50 for returns I returned the one I ordered and will look for a duffle coat from a company that offers free returns to all customers.
