The size and fit were great, BUT walking any distance at all was torture on my feet. I need more support and arch; I sold them after one wear.

I think the 8 runs about 1/2 size small. The leather is nice, the shoes seem pretty well constructed, maybe a little spendy for what you get, but very cute.
I'd also recommend:

Super cute! I have a very narrow foot size 9, I got these in a 9.5 and they are still too small! It wasn’t noticeable until I wore them all day sadly. I recommend sizing up ONE FULL SIZE!
