A little big, and I have wide feet. Mthese were supposed to have arch support-what they had was one little” knot”in the misleading of the shoe.

I really wanted to like these slippers. They have a thinly lined interior of some fuzzy material that just coated my dark socks with hard to remove fuzz. That seems like a defect to me, and tells me they would have a very short useful life, especially for daily wear, since the slight bit of cushioning that fuzz provided would fast disappear. I could wear them barefooted, but not in the winter. These are being returned.

I've been wearing Spenco Kholo sandals for years and just love them. I hoped these slippers would have the same orthotic support as the sandals but for me, they don't. They were actually uncomfortable. A very hard bottom and the arch support seems misplaced in the sole. It feels like the top of the slipper is rubbing on the big toe. Sad to return them, was hopeful they would be perfect.

I did not even try these on! The lining and outside looked like someone had worn them for a few weeks and then sent them back. The lining had black hairs on it was smashed down there were old crumbs etc on the slippers. Was very disappointed that Zappos would send such a poor quality product to a customer, and expect to get $60.00 for them. Could have got that quality at good will for $2.00. I have made many purchases from Zappos over the years. Will be reluctant to order anything in the future!!

DEAL BREAKER: The metatarsal pad is quite hard/prominent and is not how Spenco’s typically feel like to me. It’s made of the same hard rubber-like material as the outsole and is located inside the structure of the shoe underneath the insole. Unfortunately if someone doesn’t like it they can’t change out the insoles to fix the issue. Normally Spenco’s met pad is a blessing and my feet love it, I have flip flops (Spenco Original and Yumi Pure) that are great.
Everything else about these slippers was awesome. The outer material feels kind of like felt, it is very soft and seemed like it would easily conform to the individual shape of my feet. Ditto the inner fleecy material. The sole has structure it is not bendy flippy floppy. It bends gently at the toes but is otherwise pretty firm which I love as I need the stability.
But there’s no fix to the mountainous metatarsal pad on this particular Spenco slipper so back they go…

Super cute, but there is something like half a golf ball randomly placed that hits very close to the instep. Very strange. It is so pronounced you can see it upon visual inspection. The slippers are unwearable. Perhaps I rec’d a defective pair, but I would steer clear.
