slip in the heel. sole air pockets will fill up with mud,sand,gravel etc.

I ordered this and my usual size and it was too big. I ordered it a size down and it really worked and I could see why people liked it. It is expensive, but I am actually keeping them because they are very cushy.

I like the fit and size. The bottoms are high and soft feeling. I felt unstable. I have other SAS shoes. I like them.

This is my 1st pair of SAS shoes. Was able to use my normal shoe size versus a running shoe (like Brooks, where normally size up by 1/2 to a full size). Was comfortable for all day walking once I broke them in after a long walk while traveling. Love the look! It was hard to find nice looking walking shoes that were comfortable enough for me. After trying on different shoes, I was able to tell the difference with these as soon as I slipped them on and walked around (support + comfort), making the cost a little easier to digest.

Order wide and it was too large. I returned and got a medium width and that was a bit snug. The sneaker is true to size and very good arch support. I like the color and style.

I believe that these will be my new favorite shoes of all time. They aren’t super stylish but as long as they feel good on my feet and I can walk along distance I will be happy. I plan to take these to Europe and I think they will be a winner.

The sneaker is beautiful, loved the style. Ordered it in 6.5B which is my normal size. The shoe looks well made, rivals some of the high end designer sneakers. The size fit in length and width, so I believe it ran true to size. The problem were the heels. They slipped when I walked. Even if I tied them tighter they slipped. So for long walks they were not the best choice. I have several pairs of the Tour Mesh II in 6.5B and they fit perfectly. But are not so stylish - they have an old lady look, unfortunately they are quite comfortable and helped resolve the plantar fasciitis I developed with my high arches. I thought the 7eventy6x-X would fit the same. They do not. They are built on a different shoe model and do not cup and hold the heel the same as the Tour Mesh II. However they are very stylish. But I need a good looking sneaker that I can walk in without fear of herl slippage and the blisters that come with. So I am returning them.

While I normally love SAS shoes, and can usually wear an entire day, this style is very heavy. I tried wearing around the house, on carpet, to see if they would work for an upcoming trip, but even sitting in a recliner, with my feet up, my feet were actually uncomfortable, simply due to the weight on my feet. I did like the look, however. I also purchased this shoe in the beige color, and didn't notice the weight, even though the exact same shoe.

Zappos is usually pretty good but not this time. I received these sneakers and they were clearly used. Scuff marks, ties were a little dirty and pebbles in the soles of the shoes! It took me two seconds to notice so their quality control didn’t even bother to check these sneakers. For the price of these sneakers I would think they would check the returns.
