The slip-in style works as advertised. Pleased that the heel does NOT slip when walking. Took a day or two for the shoe to flex naturally. Quite comfortable. Can adjust the tightness with the laces.

I own the same shoe in the lace up version. The toe of the slip-on sticks out farther than the lace up version and is a little more "pointy".

I love the convenience of just slipping these on and going. They take a week of breaking in to become really comfortable. The only bummer is that the insole is not removable, so if you need a custom orthotic, I would look elsewhere. I have flat feet and have been able to put 4 to 6 miles of walking at work and not totally kill my feet at the end of the day.
I'd also recommend:
Nicks Handmade Boots, Redwing, Crispi, Zamberlan.

I bought these for my husband who is handicapped and has trouble with balance. These are great becuase they are easy to slip into and out of. He doesn't have to bend down to tie - once tied, you slip on and off from then on. Also, finding a 14W is not an easy thing. Thankful that you stock them.

Nice shoe. The slip in is a great design. I had surgery a while back and have a difficult time bending over to put on shoes. These are great.
