These boots are extremely cute and I'm bummed out that I have to return them. For some reason, the way the foot bed/arch support is makes it feel like something is stuck in the bottom of the shoes/I'm walking on something and it is very uncomfortable. On the bright side, the ankle is very roomy with ample space to tuck in pants.

I have a dozen or so Vionic shoes and my size is 9.5 from sandals to boots. The past year I've had to return every shoe I've ordered. The fit in the toe box and width wise is good, but my heals come out of every shoe when I walk. I feel like something has change with Vionic, so I need to change brands. It's dissappointing.

The angle of the heel meant my arches weren't touching the foot bed, therefore there was no arch support. Returning these.

Tight and hard- i could not break these in. My foot is not wide, it was so tight I couldn't walk in the boots. I tried soaking them and stuffing them with socks. I haven't tried walking in them again. Very disappointing!
