It doesn't fit under the seat on American (domestic)

Nice bag but did not fit my laptop so I had to return.

It's a nice bag but it came with a broken piece near the handle

Not as sturdy of a roller as previous Samsonites that I have owned

First the good. Easy to manuever. Spinner wheels are solid and work well. Made getting through airport easier. Relatively spacious. Like the exterior zippered pockets for boarding passes, travel documents, etc. Major negative is that this really doesn't work as an underseater. Recently took four different United flights, all in Economy PLUS for extra room. Bag did not fit under the seat on any of the flights on different aircraft. Must be stowed in overhead. The sides of this bag are hard and the bag can not be jammed under the seat (aisle, window, or center).

The handle was not sturdy and very wobbly. The bottom wheel does not rolled

I have had 2 other cases of this same brand over the years and they eventually wore out especially the handle, it refused to stay in a locked position. I was excited to get this in the new color to match my new luggage. Disappointing! The wheels fight me and refuse to go in a straight line. I have to use my arm muscles all the time to keep the case going in a straight line. Very very disappointing. At 80 I need my energy for walking!

I'm very disappointed in the handle. It is difficult to adjust the height as it doesn't catch smoothly. Have to make several attempts. It's very flimsy. For the price, I expected much better quality.

The bag itself is good. Like the structure and the wheels but did not fit under my airplane seat on a 757-300 aisle seat!

I recently packed my new suitcase for a business trip and noticed that the handle was not functioning properly. Upon inspection, I realized that the screw was not protruding enough to stop the handle.

Purchased the Spinner for a trip in July so luggage was inspected and then kept in the box until the travel date. Spinner was a carry-on and maintained throughout trip. Upon arrival at hotel, we were shocked to see the luggage tearing apart as if it was gnawed by a rabid wolverine. Shocked at how fast this luggage deteriorated.

then the wheels were done, there are no replacement wheels, so the bag is in the landfill. I expected more from samsonite - it was funcitonal while it lasted - but 8 adventures for overnights /weekend and it was finished. Expect better from samsonite

It was a single wheeler instead of dual wheel... I sent it back!!!!!

Not the quality I was hoping for. Disappointed with this purchase

I've used mine about 15 times, the handle is flimsy but main problem is that one of the 4 spinner wheels no longer spins or rolls - so the suitcase is useless. So all the features - without wheels - without warranty, without serviceable option - means this is landfill after my most recent trip.
