I received this bag from my employer as I need a wheeled laptop bag and am required to travel. Within a week, the zipper malfunctioned due to a sewing defect. I attempted to utilize the Samsonite warranty but was immediately informed that the product was outside the warranty window and that I was responsible for shipping and any warranty work. I have owned this bag fewer than 30 days and the bag is still being sold by Samsonite. I would like an explanation of how the bag is not covered.

This is the best little suitcase if youre going on a two to three day trip and you can pack compactly. I love it. I have taken it on one international trip and two domestic trips in the last two months and it makes going through airports a breeze. While it often can go under the seat in front of me, I typically put it in the overhead which I can easily do since its so light! It moves effortlessly, tho not as effortless if it is overly packed. Ill admit I have also used it as a laptop bag. I cant recommend this as it was not designed for a large laptop, but it covered in a pinch. It has held up extraordinarily well, hold all the contents well, and is a lifesaver for my back!

This is a great bag and so convenient; it glides well and you can put another bag on top.

A great cabin bag, I love that I can put it along with my carry-on. This was I do not have to check in my baggage.

On our 3rd trip 2 of the wheels disintegrated. Ended up carrying it through the end of the trip. I consider this to be completely unacceptable for a suitcase of this nature to last 3 trips.

Nice little bag, however, it's missing a handle on the side of the bag. This makes it difficult to handle the bag when it's full and when trying to strap it to the carry-on. You have to pick it up with the wheels. Seems a little small, it could use 1" more room. The handle was a deal breaker. Going to return.

I had an older version of this mini suitcase that was so handy for 1-2 night business trips. Needed to replace it so ordered this one. I cannot figure out why it has floppy handles instead of rigid like the older model. It is not nearly as easy to maneuver into the overhead bins. Otherwise it is the right size for when one doesnt need a full size carryon.

This bag is a good idea but I cannot recommend it. It arrived damaged--handles did not work at all. I suspect it was a returned item sold as new but regardless, it was defective. I am returning it but $14.99 will be deducted from my refund? That is outrageous. I contacted customer service twice-no response except to say they received my message. I will not deal with this company again.

Haven't used on plane yet, but seems as good as reviews that I read. It's compact, size checks for use on United, and I like the easy setup of the pockets. Especially like that I can wheel it by itself or slip it onto a larger carry-on with the provided slider space on the back. On another note, I received a bag from a different company when I ordered and the customer service team got to work quickly with the return label and shipped me my correct bag in a timely fashion, which I appreciated.

It was a single wheeler instead of dual wheel... I sent it back!!!!!

It came damaged, ripped by the zipper inside. Cant believe 5hey shipped it defective like that, now fighting to get shipping cost back. Not my fault Samsonite had little quality control and I had to send back. Bought another Samsonite, and it was fine.

It was fine but much smaller than I expected when I compared it to my older underseat Samsonite unit.

I just received this bag. One side of the snap is missing! Emailed company, haven't heard back. Poor quality control!

The suitcase is a great size! Amazing all that can be packed into it. I didn't store it under the seat so I'm not sure if it would really fit but it was small enough that I could lift it into the overhead compartment. Being 65 and 5'0" tall, that is saying a lot. My only complaint is that the handle is a bit wobbly. I don't like that and am hoping it lasts as long as the case.

Good: roller wheels are smooth and easy to maneuver. Bad: 1) The strap handles are difficult to grab when under the seat on the airplane. We have another under the seat roller bag that has a firm stationary handle that is more practical and much easier to use in this situation. 2) The zip cover to the pullout handle is not useful at all and allows crumbs and other items to fall into the space inside the bag. 3) The inside storage is hard to access while on the plane due to the snap separator. The first time we used the bag it made the airplane trip quite frustrating.

Excellent product. Perfect for travel and on board carry

The only reason for less than 5 stars for this bag is the bag's handles. The bag has three 'settings' that the handle can extend to, however, the first two settings click 'in' just fine but are a bit loose and 'wobbly'. The third (full extension) had the most secure feel, however, it extends a bit far for a small woman to use comfortably.

Life changing! Compact but hold a lot! I used to take backpacks with me but this one is not brutal to my back.

I purchased it as a replacement of my backpack which was a heavy burden on my shoulders. I will used it as a carry on. I have not used it yet, but it looks good and I can put my 14" laptop in. I hope it can be placed under-seat in an airplane later. So far, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Looks perfect, compact , light weight, nice in skate wheels

The size is great for an underneath bag. I ordered both purple and blue for my kids. It is light weight and perfect for them. The pull handle is flimsy though and I wish it had a third setting to make it shorter for kids.

Product looks great so far. When i attempted to register the product on the website, the system did not recognize the product. I contacted customer service last week and haven't heard back.

Small, compact yet organized and stylish. Easy to Handel and move

Great under-seat case. We used 2 as our main bags in Italy. Worked very well!
