I started with a 10 M, went to a 10.5 W, and ended up with a 10 W, which fit perfectly for me! Grate quality shoe, and soooo easy to put on/get off!

Very easy to put on and remove (I'm a paraplegic and use a wheelchair)! Also, very comfortable!

Got these low boots for my husband, who had a stroke last year, and they are a home run! They look great on (he wears them for biz casual at the office) and he even walks better in them. One side of his body was affected, and he had to relearn to walk, still using a cane most of the time. With the Billy Comfort Chukka, he can walk pretty securely without his cane. They provide a little more support than other shoes he's tried, without feeling constricting. Billy shoes are terrific for someone like my husband who can't tie shoes. My one small issue with this company is that their sizing is all over the place. An earlier pair I purchased for him, same size, is huge--he has to wear hiking style socks, and even then there's lots of room. Another low boot I purchased directly from the company fit like a size 10.5. But these chukka boots are a true size 9. They don't look wide, but they are slightly wide in the forefoot area because they fit my guy's fairly wide for medium width foot.
