They glued HARD PLASTIC to the inside of these, losing the cushion-y feels regular Crocs have.

I bought them to replace my older lined crocs which supported my arch. These don't have a bump in them. They are totally flat so if you have plantar fasciitis, wearing around house will hurt after awhile. Please bring old ones back.

I usually buy the lined Classic Crocs but the Baya Lined were on sale. I was shocked that the soles were more plastic like rather than, like the Classic Lined Clogs more rubber like. I think I would be weary wearing these around a swimming pool or on any wet surface. Pro's. very light weight and fit well.

Not sure why this one fits different but it barely fits and would have been better to go a size up since there's no half size. It also hits me on top of my foot in an uncomfortable manner. The color is beautiful and the warmth is amazing.

I needed something with a little wider width unfortunately these were not it. Happy daughter though

Pretty sure the strap on one is for a different size. The straps don't match. Disappointing! I didn't realize it until I'd already worn a few times. They're very warm, but I feel as though they are already starting to wear out with a week or two of wearing them around the house like house shoes. The fabric is starting to unattach at the heel area.

Due to the thickness of the inside definitely get a big size bigger!!! Other than that

Very comfy but a bit small! I'm usually a size 9 . I ordered a size 9 , when I wear my crocs without socks they fit great. If I wear socks I can feel the front of the croc with my toes . I really wish CROCS DID HALF SIZES . If I size up to 10 there TO BIG . I would give 5 stars IF they offered HALF SIZES .

I Absolutely love crocs but the 5 week delivery time is where I had an issue and no answers to where your shipment was is frustrating.

Comfy but the size is smaller than the classics

Very small, about almost an inch smaller than regular model of lined crocs. I wear a 9 on the regular model and i have room behind my feet even with thick socks and it this with no socks it's the exact size of my feet , with thin socks I am pushing my luck and with thick socks it is what you see in the picture. The nearest store to return /exchange is too far away from me and crocs returns are not free, you still have to pay for shipping, so for the sale price it's not worth to do mail returns. So I'm stuck with it. Just make sure you size up.

I usually buy classic clogs and didn't realize this was Baya. Unfortunately it hurts my toe and feels short. The lining keeps the foot warm so if you plan on getting this style, I'd recommend going up a half size than usual.

Great product, horrible service

I love the classic crocs, ive tried bayaband and the lined baya crocs and have had to return both of them. they do not fit, they run super small and a size up is too big for me. kind of disappointed.

It was warm but its way too big for my feet I didn't know I had to get 2 sizes down cause it did not fit what so ever

Runs small with the liner

I ordered one bigger size because of the liners.The liners is not thick enough for comfy .

I ordered my normal size but this one has a much smaller than normal fit. I got another pair that were lined and they fit just fine. Wondering if size was mismarked???

Usually love crocs. This pair is not very comfortable.

One of the straps is too long.

I didn't have no problem ordering another merchandise my crocs fits perfect and comfortable. I notice my merchandise came a little late from what they told me in my email about the time and date. I'm rating this experience three stars because when I receive my package a coupon came with my merchandise but, the coupon code didn't show any information of how to use it. I email customer service they didn't answer my question correctly they was telling me things I already know how to do.

Ran small from the classic crocs.

Too small

I bought 1 for my husband and 1 for myself. This is our first time ordering online. We have multiple pairs from the insulated to the regular and these are by far the worst. Our old insulated crocs were worn out & had looked forward to a new pair, but the rubber is very stiff and almost has a plastic feel. The right croc on my pair did not have the insulation all the way to the top to the upper part of the shoe, so it rubs against the top of my foot and pushes down where my ankle meets my shin. VERY Uncomfortable and super disappointing!

The top of the clog feels hard and inflexible, even more so than a regular, lined classic croc.
