runs small and too hard to return takes forever to get a new pair. even had the company cancel a shoe with no warning and no explanation even though their site states they are available for sale.

Size is a tad short.

I got wrong size doesn't fit

Too big & I'm the smallest women's size they have. I guess I'll try their 'big kids' shoes to see if they'll fit.

It wasn't the right size

Toe box is not like other clogs ... sent back because not big enough. Also heavy.

They don't fit!! The right shoe never fits, on two pairs now. I attempted to contact customer service via chat and couldn't get through to anyone multiple times. I need either a refund or a bigger size sent nothing wrong with the original style crocs. Not happy :[

Too small and HEAVY. More like a size 9 to 9 1/2 ... certainly not a size 10.
