I like the the shoe except that the right shoe is loser on the back part then the left side & doesn't grab my foot well like the left side does? I have contemplated exchanging it, but not sure I want the hassle. Otherwise I like the shoe

I was very disappointed that these sandals did not fit as I LOVE the style. The size was correct but the fit around the ankle was too tight. My daughter has this style from a few years ago and I agree with a former reviewer that the manufacturing has changed causing the tighter fit.

Strange color-returned.
I ALREADY have two pairs of these in light brown and dark brown. I like how they can go from beach time to dinner time and still work well for both activities & look great.
A super durable shoe. All day comfort.
I ordered my third pair in oyster color. The thong portion of the flip was mother of pearl color and the soul was white. The contrast in color is the same with my other two pair of flips but the oyster top with white soul looked strange. Sadly returned them.

Too slippery if you’re wearing these in wet terrain. My feet kept sliding off the outside edge onto the ground.

I read reviews stating the shoe ran small. Therefore, I ordered a size 6. I usually wear 5 or 5.5. They were WAY TOO BIG...already on the way back to ZappoLand. I double checked the size and they were what I ordered. They look like a great fun sandal. I will reorder in a size 5.

These scandal's are really cute but the toe part was very stiff. When walking on my carpet for a few steps my toes hurt. I can't imagine how my toes would feel if I tried to wear these for a full day. I wish the strap in between the toes was softer, they are really cute on, but not worth the pain.

Beware! My Serena Flip arrived and was a full inch shorter in length than all other Croc flips I own. Customer Service has been repeatedly unhelpful. These shoes have gone straight to the donation pile as they are unwearable.

Shoes run to small. This will be the last time I will buy from you sll. You have lovely shoes but you need larger/half sizes in certain shoes. I need a dress shoe for work that is comfortable and cute but I can't find them here.
