I've purchased 2 Croc flip flops and both toe straps just separated. No help from customer service because they needed my order number!

Made bottoms of feet hurt. Need thicker sole like the first ones I bought. Loved those

What a disaster. The very first day I wore these CROC Baya Flips, the very first day, I was walking down the equivalent of a ADA ramp from a building, my foot slipped in the sandal, the toe piece broke loose from the base, and, down I went. I have been buying & successfully wearing CROCS flips for years. These seem to be very skimpily made. Quite a disappointment. BTW, I rely on CROCS Flips when I'm at my sailing yacht in the SW Caribbean.

Broke during the first wear.

I'm not able to get a proper size fitting . The Size 7 is too small and the size 8 fits just like the size 7 So I ordered. 9 and it is way too big. Very dissatisfied. I hace not worn it at all.

I ordered classic flip flop. This is not comfortable I don't like it.
