I love these. If you usually take a woman's 71/2, don't get the size 8. Size 8 is too big. The women's 7 is just right.

I have 3 pairs of Crocs. As I have foot problems, I use one pair just for indoors as slippers. They give me the necessary support and cushioning I need. For safety, I use the strap when going upstairs or climbing on small ladder to reach something or clean windows.
