Because of a computer/browser reset, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Customer service worked with me to exchange. It was a very easy process and I am very happy with the end result...and of course, the Baya Clogs! The promo allowed me to pick up 2 pairs for the price of 1. Awesome.

Before this purchase I only owned a pair of Crocs flip flops. Finally decided to get some clogs. So glad I did. These are so light and comfortable. Definitely getting another pair.
