If you wear half sizes, don't expect a wearable shoe for most purchases. Nine is too small, and 10 too big.

Oh no! These are a size too big. I won't be able to wear them. Humongous! I would need to to order next size down for this style to fit.

Looks nothing like the color I seen prior to buying it very displeased didn't return because needed them for comfort due to knee issues and stores where I live didn't have these

Their clogs never fit me. It's a huge let down.

Cut too small. All my other crocs fit perfectly with my normal size. I had to size up with this style. My sister who wears a 9 was able to fit my 10 while I needed an 11 and of course it is sold out

Picked the same size as my other Crocs but these are to big and flop all over the place. Not sure if a smaller size would do better .. want to return

I was trying on my new crocs and the strap detached. I was a bit discouraged. Now i have to go to the crocs store to return crocs:(

I love Crocs, but it seems the quality has gone down. I have a a couple of pairs - these would be my 2nd in RED, but these don't feel quite as comfortable as my previous pair. Unfortunately, I guess when you sell in quantity the quality goes downhill.

Love the style but weren't wide enough. Contacted crocs about being refunded shipping never replied . Won't order from them again

I was disappointed with my Croc purchase. The shoe was smaller and narrow unlike the comfortable pair I wear daily. Even though I was told the size chart is the same, the manufacturers are not the same. On a positive note I was able to reach an agreement with customer service. Thank you.

It wasn't the real size

SORRY THAT THEY ARE HUGE. Exceptionally WIDE. Please email a return label and arrange a pickup service. I am housebound. You have my landline and text numbers as well as my email address. They have not been worn. Shoes still attached.

2nd pair of Crocs I purchased in which I had to return due to size issues! There is definitely some inconsistencies with the sizes on both occasions the Croc was to small.

Size issue, clogs are way bigger than a regular size. I own more than 10 pairs of your products and never had a Size issue.

I ordered my usual womens size 9 and when I put my foot in, it didn't touch the shoe anywhere inside, it was so huge! I promptly returned it and am awaiting credit.

The second time she wore them both straps broke. Crocs did replace them though. My granddaughter loves these. She said they were so comfortable and they are really stylish

Too small. Same size of 10 years. W 9 same style. But too small

Feet sweat like crazy in them.

So huge. Like extra large width. Thought I received mens by mistake. Ticket indicated womens. If you have a very large width foot this is for you. So disappointed.

I have bought crocs for years. Always a w 6 fit perfectly. This pair was much wider and much longer. I sent them back and got a product refund, but not a shipping refund. I feel like Crocs should have refunded shipping since THEY changed the fit of the product. No more online orders from Crocs!

I have a few crocs I always wear a size 8. These however run small. My daughter who wears a size 6 can wear them. I'm not sure why they are so small. I have a pair of fuzzy ones too had to get them in a 9. Disappointed
