One of the straps came undone from the shoe.

Looked good, but size seemed too large for this style. Had bought two sets of different styles but ended up returning this as didn't fit well

My kids have had numerous pairs over crocs over the years. These are the first pair we've encounter that squeak with every single step.

Ordered 2 pair of Crocs w online size chart, ended up with HUGE shoes my kid can't wear. So big I can't even wear them. Customer service said exchange in store or ship back for refund. They sent a list of stores near me, NONE of the stores exchange or refund purchases from Crocs.com The manager in the 3rd store we tried said "I dont know why they keep telling people this, we do not exchange Crocs online orders. We have asked them to stop & don't like sending people away. Sorry" we were sent on a wild goose chase. So i sent them back to crocs with their return label, it's been weeks since Crocs emailed confirmation. Ordered Early November now Its a week from Christmas and we are still waiting for the money back. The size guide is wrong, crocs are sized like many shoe brands but the Crocs guide US size= inches is way off. Just buy whatever your shoe size is and ignore the size guide The sale we caught is now missed as it took almost 2 weeks to receive the shoes that didnt fit and now 6 weeks later still do not have the refund .. that "deal" is over and the ordeal is still going. This has been a horrible experience all around.

The sizing instructions left us with a shoe that was too large. The return process was cumbersome and the amount of time to receive a refund was ridiculous. All we wanted was an exchange for the proper size, but they don't seem to offer that choice. The product itself seems ok though.

So I have come to notice on the bottom of each pair of crocs it says a variety of "Made In " I find the ones from china to be the most comfortable. The green baya I ordered were from Indonesia and the material was harder and the fit was tighter, unlike my 15 pairs that are softer material and comfortable.

Clogs look good but they already ripped right where the word Crocs is

Too wide. Return process took over a month. Had to involve my bank.

We've always been a huge supporter of Crocs, this must be a factory defect. Both of our white and black pair of thr bayer croc have split across the "crocs" letters just a few months after purchase.

Again, 1/2 size too small.

I've had multiple sets of the classic crocs previously and never had an issue with them. These Baya crocs gave me several blisters on each foot. I tried limiting my time and breaking them in slowly; however, each wearing they instead break me. Blister pop up within the first 20 minutes where there were no blisters before. Maybe this style isn't for my feet.

I gave these to my son for his birthday on May 9th and they are already torn at the strap.

These seem to run short and wide. Very disappointing

Loved the color, but shoes were way too big. Even with thick socks on the were too roomy. Had to return, they look like clown shoes.

I bought these for my grandson for Christmas. He was home from college on break. He asked for the crocs so I was happy to give him what he wanted. BUT when they came just before Christmas they were a size larger then I ordered. I called several times. No answer. My grandson left for college and took the larger size back with him.

cute shoe but they were not the right size. i have a pair of crocs i brought in store and these were a complete size smaller when next to the ones from in store so that's weird. i don't wear them i just gave up

My grandson wore them twice and the side that spell crocs split it's very thin

Kinda tight not for fat feet

slightly narrow opposed to the classic clogs so if you have wide feet or fit just exactly into a classic clog, maybe go up a size
