Working from home this past year, I wanted a shoe with some support, as slippers all day were ruining my feet I read an article where podiatrists rated Crocs as good work from shoes.
So, these were my first pair of Crocs. i was not sure about the sizing before I ordered online from a sporting store. I went with my normal size womens 9. Well, I should have gone up a size. If I use the strap they rub my right big toe and the rivet rubs the right side of my foot. These issues are just with the right foot, the left fits fine, very weird. I placed moleskin over the rivet which helped that issue. I am still trying to figure out a solution for the toe rub. I tried stretching the toe area, but the shoes are very durable and not budging much. Most days I just do without the strap on the problematic foot but it's not as secure.
Besides these issues, the shoe is comfortable (the side that fits). I will give Crocs another try but maybe go up a size next time.

Unfortunately, my son wore them to school and someone stepped on the back of them and they ripped. We're going to get some super glue and try to fix them. It was his first day wearing them.

Disappointed in this crocs big time. It is just too soft & came wrinkled up. Most would think it's a knockoff crocs & not the real thing. (Bare in mind I got 2 pairs at once, the other is more sturdy - due to how soft it is I know it won't last).

I like the design but the size 11's and 12's where both to small for my son and I. Even tho the crocs we bought from academy fit very well in the same size.

Disappointed in the fit of these Baya Clogs, although they're exactly the same size I bought last year. Last year's Bayas fit great & were a little large on me (they still are). These new Bayas are tighter across the top and shorter in length. (None of my other shoes are tighter now than, just the new Crocs) Is Crocs cutting back on the materials per shoe, to save money? Downsizing their clogs like packages of breakfast cereal? Please keep your sizes consistent, or tell customers that they need to go up a size. I'd rather pay a bit more, than be disappointed by getting less than I expected.

Instead of being a deep red color the Baya Clog was more like a "Hot Pink" color.

My kids have worn Crocs forever. I will never purchase the ones that say crocs on the side again. They ripped between the letters after only wearing them a handful of times.

I LOVE the original Crocs. I'd bet anyone they could not find a more comfortable shoe! Feels like you are wearing nothing on your feet yet have support. Best shoes for comfort!! HOWEVER!!! The Baya Clogs are not the same. They are way too big, way too wide (and I have wide feet!) and just don't have the overall benefits of the original Crocs. They were on sale so I bought 2 pairs. I was so disappointed and shocked at how difficult they were!! Returning right away. Called customer service who was great and will help me get the discount I used on the Baya Crocs, as the website doesn't allow you to do the discount you used previously. Return policy is simple; they send you via email a return postage paid paper to tape on the bag your Crocs came in. You send them out at any UPS store and call Crocs to give them the number so when you place a new order, they apply the discount. Or, they refund your money if you do not make another purchase. I'm truly surprised at how huge the Baya Crocs are even if you go down a size, I don't rec. stick with the original!! You cannot beat the comfort of the original Crocs!!

Looked good, but size seemed too large for this style. Had bought two sets of different styles but ended up returning this as didn't fit well

My kids have had numerous pairs over crocs over the years. These are the first pair we've encounter that squeak with every single step.

Ordered 2 pair of Crocs w online size chart, ended up with HUGE shoes my kid can't wear. So big I can't even wear them. Customer service said exchange in store or ship back for refund. They sent a list of stores near me, NONE of the stores exchange or refund purchases from Crocs.com The manager in the 3rd store we tried said "I dont know why they keep telling people this, we do not exchange Crocs online orders. We have asked them to stop & don't like sending people away. Sorry" we were sent on a wild goose chase.
So i sent them back to crocs with their return label, it's been weeks since Crocs emailed confirmation. Ordered Early November now Its a week from Christmas and we are still waiting for the money back.
The size guide is wrong, crocs are sized like many shoe brands but the Crocs guide US size= inches is way off. Just buy whatever your shoe size is and ignore the size guide
The sale we caught is now missed as it took almost 2 weeks to receive the shoes that didnt fit and now 6 weeks later still do not have the refund
.. that "deal" is over and the ordeal is still going.
This has been a horrible experience all around.

The sizing instructions left us with a shoe that was too large. The return process was cumbersome and the amount of time to receive a refund was ridiculous. All we wanted was an exchange for the proper size, but they don't seem to offer that choice. The product itself seems ok though.

So I have come to notice on the bottom of each pair of crocs it says a variety of "Made In " I find the ones from china to be the most comfortable. The green baya I ordered were from Indonesia and the material was harder and the fit was tighter, unlike my 15 pairs that are softer material and comfortable.
