If they had this shoe in narrow for my size, I think it would have been perfect. But in medium it was too sloppy on my foot and a half size down would have been too short. I had to return them.

Awesome shoes. I trust Clark’s - they won’t slip on wet sidewalks or stairs. I am very active and a bit careless so shoes that are stable, comfortable, look great, and don’t skid or slip are essential for me. I can also wear them all day in complete comfort.

This is a very comfortable pump. I vary between a 7.5 and 8, and I have a narrow heel. This stays on my heel but the toe box is too tight. I will return for a size 8. I love Clarks for all-day comfort at work.

Bought my regular size but they were 1/2 size too big. Returned.

I wear 9M and have no foot issues. These shoes look good on my feet and are comfortable so far. I haven't yet worn them all day long, but I have purchased many shoes from Clarks.

Finally a wonderfully comfortable pump with classic style and available in navy! I absolutely LOVE these pumps! The heel is high enough to look good with anything and low enough to be extremely comfortable. I wish there were more color choices available as I would buy every single one. I have a high instep, wear a wide width and use orthotics. This shoe is perfect for me. My hope is Clarks will keep this shoe permanently and offer more colors including neutrals and red. Really a terrific pump!

The shoes were heavy on my feet and a bit chunky looking for my already heavy legs

I am a solid 9.5 in shoes, but needed to return my original pair for a size 9 to get a secure fit. The footbed is very comfortable and I like the shorter heel height for stability.

These are nice shoes, just don't work for my feet. A little too small in the toe box, but the main problem was that they're definitely too wide in the heel.

The sizing seems off for these or maybe its because of the style. Did not care for the heavy looking style, was not very becoming at all.

Beautiful pump but I could slip out of it due to it being too long. Own other shoes in this brand but this style is just not for me.

I found I did not have to size up a half size with this shoe has the length and width are a perfect fit. The shoe is a great value for the sale price. Clarks style is timeless and I know I will have this shoe in my wardrobe for many years to come thanks to the excellent workmanship with quality materials.

Love these comfy dress shoes! Will be a mainstay of my fall/winter wardrobe.

I usually order size 8 in all Clarks but this style was not a good fit! Could have kept them but they were snug enough where I knew I could not use for too long! I did return and will maybe try to order a 1/2 size up.

Loved the shoe. Needed to return. Wide too big. But medium was not available.

The shoes fit quite good right out of the box. I always use insoles and the shoes still fit well. They are comfortable and just the right heel height.

I love Clarks fit and quality. Sorry they pulled out of my local mall. The only reason I am returning is because the heel is tapered and less stable than a wider heel in the Vionic shoe which I decided to keep even though much more expensive. I never wear heels, but for that occasion need, I am paying more for the other brand so I feel more stable. Would love to keep purchasing Clarks flats however.

My regular size made my toes feel cramped but heel fit nicely. Leather & color were great. Loved that Zappos offered this shoe in Narrow; many shoes aren't offered in Narrow.

Too tight in the toes! Ouch. Had to return. Went with something pointier.
