I LOVE this shoe. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is stylish as well as comfortable. I wore it all day right out of the box. The eight medium fit me perfectly. The shoe is very well-made and I will get a lot of wear out of it. I will probably order another pair in black. I wish it came in a few more colors. It is hard to find a shoe that is as comfortable and good looking as this one. I definitely recommend the Juliet Gem.

These shoes look lovely and burgundy was exactly what I wanted - I just wanted them in my size. I ordered a 9 narrow and they delivered an 8 medium. Since I had seen comments that they delivered the wrong size I specifically called to place the order hoping that would help. But, no!!! Luckily they refunded me and now they don't show a 9 narrow available in burgundy. Sad and disappointed.

This was the second time I ordered this shoe in a 9 narrow and they sent me a 6 medium AGAIN. REALLY so I can’t tell you how it fit.

This is a nice shoe, and a good value for the money. Unfortunately, it was too long for me, so I am going to try a half size smaller. The narrow width worked well for me.

Hunted high and low to replace a pair of similar shoes that I had for a very long time. These are perfect - part of shoe is cloth - a genuine cushion for bunion. Liked the shoe so much - purchased it in another color as well.

Size and fit very well. Material well made. Looks sleek on foot especially since I wear a large size.

I ordered 5 different types of Clark shoes and these were my favorite. Clark’s are the best shoes.

I needed a dress flat and this fit perfectly. I has proved comfortable and it looks great.

I usually wear an 8 1/2, and this shoe fit perfectly at that size. They are comfortable and look good.

Very soft leather. Felt a little snug at first but after wearing them a bit loosened up. Style is ok, kind of makes my feet look big. Not much arch support.

They felt narrow and and the toe was too pointed for my taste.

Loose in the heel. Feels like they will slip off. I will try a heel insert

I love Clarks. These shoes were the perfect blend of loafer and pump. I ordered them even after reading the reviews that the toe box was narrow. They were correct. Contemplated keeping them anyway, but knowing I would not be able to wear foot long periods of time sadly I am returning

I purchased this shoe in 7.5 W black. The length was okay, but it wasn't wide enough for me. I've owned a number of Clarks shoes in this size and width so I was surprised the shoes were too snug. The shoe looks great and is nicely crafted.

Looking for work shoes. The arch support and heel in these is perfect and the style slightly upscale but the toe box is too narrow- going back.

Felt true to size in length, but narrow in toe area. Nice style and height, but uncomfortable because too narrow.

I was so excited to be able to wear these shoes and was surprised by how quickly they arrived, however, when I tried them on, I realized they do not fit as a "wide" shoe should. The sides and the top of the shoe is so tight I cannot even get my foot inside the shoe and if I forced it (which I shouldn't have to do with a "wide fit" shoe, it caused me so much pain.) Sadly, I'll end up giving these shoes away to the goodwill or local thrift store. Hopefully someone else will be able to use them. Please don't advertise that your shoes are "wide fit" when they are not. It's disappointing and really sad.
