This is a cute shoe, almost a ballet flat but with comfortable padding. I needed to return my 91/2 N since my toes were right to the top of the shoe. I have ordered from Clark’s many times and my size has always been spot on. If you order these, order a half size up.

i just needed some okay flats. i tried two sizes and walked around the inside of the apartment the toe box in each is outrageously small. order at least a half size up. i have narrow feet. if you have wide feet, i’d say go a full size up & say a prayer.

The leather on these shoes was hard and stiff which made them very uncomfortable. Not what I have come to expect from Clarks' shoes. Maybe they could have been better with a breaking in period but I didn't want to take the chance. I sent them back.

Versatile and Stylish! You can wear these with jeans or dress pants. I had a major foot surgery years ago and I am very particular about my shoes and level of comfort. These shoes are great quality and comfort and well priced!

Adding this to a long list of flats that are flops. I ordered a wide since I am right on the border of normal and wide, and while they fit perfectly in the toe/ball of my foot, they are very loose around my mid-foot/insole and heel. I ordered my standard length (11) and they wouldn't stay on my feet when I walked - they kept flopping off my heels. The insole is also dead flat, so anyone who needs any decent arch support will have to swap in something else. Even with thicker insoles that had better arches these flats still wouldn't stay on my feet. Too bad because they were pretty cut and flattering.

On first try there was discomfort in the toe area and I discovered cardboard in there. I took it out and now they are fine. Maybe you should warn people of this since one pair looked like it had been tried on and the cardboard was still in there
