The leather is substantial and will mold well to the foot with wear; not stiff at all. The footbed is padded and the pads hit me appropriately, although I do wish it had one full length pad instead of separate areas. The style is perfect for a casual shoe and will elevate denim when I run errands.

Love these shoes.. I got the light tan suede and they are beautiful and comfortable.

These shoes are so comfortable and beautiful in my opinion. I was hesitant to get them because there is no back, but I love them! I got the light brown suede.

I ordered ROSALIA in Dune Tan. This year Mules are my ‘go-to’ shoe & Sofft is one of my favorite brands. Rosalia is very comfortable & supportive. The Dune Tan is a soft-looking Nubuck with a gold ‘chain’ across the top, which looks nice on the shoe. I love the style of these mules. They come up a bit on the side of the foot so they stay on a bit better than others. Look super cute with cropped jeans.

Very nice looking shoes, but I found them to be stiff and clunky. It's hard to walk in mules that don't bend a little. Regrettably, am sending these back and still looking for something that can replace my ancient Vionic mules.

Cute but they ran slightly large/wide on me so didn't stay on my feet well as I walked. Also the arch support didn't hit the right spot for me. Nice looking shoes but just a miss for me.

The color of these mules is gorgeous and just what I was looking for. The footbed is comfortable (due to my bad feet, I was worried.). BUT…the right shoe SQUEAKS. Terribly. Everyone in my office can hear when I arrive and leave. I can squeak them sitting down on my office chair, by hand, and by walking. I thought it was something rubbing. Nope. This annoying feature is coming from INSIDE the shoe. So incredibly disappointing. They are cute shoes. Too late to send them back unfortunately. I just kept wearing them thinking it was something to break. The only thing that broke was my nerves at the sound.

Felt Like They Would Flip Off My Feet When Walking With Them.

I really liked the look of these shoes. For a mule, they had good arch support and they ran true to size. I am an 8 1/2 and the 8 1/2 fit perfectly. However, I returned them because the insole in the left shoe was glued in off center and my toes were kind of hanging over the edge of the insole inside the shoe. Although it wasn't visible, it bothered me. For a shoe over $100, I expect better quality control.

The right was too low for my arch. I have a very similar sofft mule in a different color and those fit great, but this one was a dissapointment

These were very comfortable like all Sofft shoes, and they fit me true to size. Unfortunately, about 1/2 way through my first day of wearing them, a piece of plastic started to work it’s way out from the top seam of the shoe (the rounded seam where the top meets the sides). I attempted to push I back in, but I didn’t have any luck. I feel that for the price of the shoe, they should not be coming apart on the first wear. While the plastic only provides support for the seam, removing it makes the shoe looks much less polished because the seam the appears wrinkled.
